All right, we have our players. All deadlines are 48 hours and here we go. (cue 1981 Bullseye intro) Jim: This is the television game in which daring determines the fate of the player! This is the game of strategy, luck and knowledge! This is Bullseye! And here's the host of Bullseye, mark Liotta! (I come out to a nice round of applause) Me: Thank you very much, Jim. (Theme fades out) Welcome to Bullseye, folks. It's been such a long time since this great program has been on the air and we're pleased to bring it back to television. Now let's meet our players for tonight's game. Jim: Player number one is a college student from Boston, meet Frankie Sartori! And player number two is a game show enthusiast, here's Anthony Long! Me: Frankie, Anthony, we welcome you both to Bullseye. Frankie, tell the folks a bit about yourself

I just turned 24 years old from the great state of Massachusetts. I am a full-time college student studying early childhood education. In my spare time, I enjoy shopping for retro video games and I am a big collector of Monopoly games.

Ah, very nice. Now tell me Frankie, what's your favorite version of Monopoly?

That is a toughie. I'm going to have to say the Sesame Street edition. The very first Monopoly game I got.

No surprise there considering that you're a Muppet fan. And those of you who are fans of the Street, their 50th anniversary is coming up next fall so that'll definitely be exciting. Best of luck to you, Frankie. Anhtony, tell the folks about yourself please.

Well, I'm 30 years old. I enjoy doing sport video game runs from Baseball to Soccer. I don't have any wrestling games for my XBox 360 console. I am into trading cards as a hobby on the side. I have over 10,000 trading cards in my collection. If we have time I would love to show my favorite character on My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I love game shows and cartoons. I am from Chesnee, South Carolina for 14 years. I used to live in Spartanburg, South Carolina for almost 16 years. I lost my dad over 1 year ago due to a blood clot.

Well sorry to hear about your dad, but I'm sure he's rooting for you from heaven. Now in our game of Bullseye, we have eight different categories. Four of them are in the left window, four are in the right window. In the bottom window is the contract window. If a number between 1 and 5 pops up, you have to answer that many questions correctly to complete the contract. At that point, you'll have the option to bank the money or continue playing. if a Bullseye comes up, you answer as many questions as you want. First to reach two grand wins the game and plays Bonus Island for more money. Frankie, since you're in the first position, hit the plunger to spin the windows.

(Windows stop one at a time) In the left window, we have Geography at $300. In the right, we have Entertainment at $400. On the bottom, we have a 2. That means two correct answers have to be given in order to complete the contract. They do not have to be consecutive, although it would be preferred. Frankie, which category would you like?

Let's try Entertainment.

All right, Entertainment it is. Only two correct answers needed for this one, and here's the first question. In what Disney animated film does the title animal's mother die?

Bambi

Right. Now to complete the contract, what are the two longest running prime time animated TV shows of all time?

The Simpsons and Family Guy

And that'll complete the contract! $800 Frankie, and you can bank that money or you can keep going.

(Geography $300, Video Games $200, 3) All right Frankie, what'll it be this time?

Let's do Video Games, please.

All right then. Three correct answers in video games will take the bank to $1400 and here's question one. In the NES classic, Super Mario Bros., how many coins are needed in order to collect an extra life?

Right. Next question coming right up, and this one's a multiple choice question. Frankie, in what year was Fallout 3 released? Was it 2007, 2008 or 2009?

|
|

I'll guess 2008.

That's a good guess because you're right! One more answer will finish the contract and here's the question. What PC game was delayed in being released due to a hidden picture of a developer's butt?
|
|
|
Post by grapebuy789 on Nov 30, 2018 22:46:22 GMT -5
I'm gonna guess Halo 2.

That is....................correct! Another completed contract and the bank goes up to $1400. Frankie, do you want to continue or bank the money?

(Geography $200, Pot Luck $300, 3) All right Frankie, either of these will get you a win with three correct answers. Which category would you like?
