Lower than the Queen..................a Jack (JD) and you've tied the match! (CS 78 game win cue) You've won $500 for winning this second game and you get to find out about these Monopoly board games from mister Jim Thornton. Jim: Hunter, you've won a set of Monopoly board games from Hasbro. 12 different versions are included for a variety of fun an enjoyment, including a Star Wars version and a Nintendo version. Retail value: $742. Me: That's $1,242 you won that round. It's not much, I know, but at least it's something. Anyway, we'll get right to work in the tiebreaker and this very important question goes to Glen. Glen, we surveyed 100 mothers of ten year old boys and asked them: Do you think your kids spend too much time playing video games? How many of them said that their kids spend too much time playing games?

Well, it's funny you ask that question right now. Literally this morning, I was reading this article (https://www.ctvnews.ca/lifestyle/growth-of-e-sports-industry-pushes-parents-to-hire-video-game-coaches-for-kids-1.4057003) about how parents are hiring video game coaches for their kids!!
I still think most parents would be old-fashioned about it though and want their kids not playing so much, so I'll say it's a pretty high number...like 70.

Glen says 70 of them. (ding) Hunter, is the correct answer higher or lower than 70?

I'm going to say that number is just a bit lower, but I still think a lot of moms are thinking, "alright, enough video games."

Hunter says lower. (ding) The actual number of mothers who say that their kids spend too much time playing video games is..................56 of them. (ding ding ding) It's lower, and Hunter has a very important decision to make. Before you make it, though, we'll show both of your base cards. (Hunter's card and Glen's card are both revealed) Hunter, you have a seven (7C) and Glen also has a seven (7H). Now you have the advantage of being able to change your card while Glen does not. Of course, you can also pass control over to Glen and if he goofs, you win another match. What do you want to do?

All right Glen, Hunter has passed it over to you. You have to turn two cards over and you can't change the seven.

Higher than the seven......................a nine (9C). Glen, this next call will decide the match. Either you dethrone Hunter and become the champ or Hunter remains champ. How do you want to call the nine, Glen?

I would call it a lousy card, that's how I'd call it!
It's against the odds, but my gut is telling me to call it higher!

If it's higher, you become the new champ. Higher than the nine.....................it's a prize card. You'll have a pair of motor scooters if you win this round. Now then, I will ask you for another call on the nine.

Higher than the nine for the match, again......................an Ace (AS) and we have a new champion! (CS 78 match win cue) Congratulations, Glen! Let's find out about the prize you've just won. Jim: Glen, you're taking home a pair of Piaggio Fly motor scooters. These small size scooters come with standard features including a single cylinder 150cc engine and electronic ignition. This prize is valued at $7,238. Me: That's a very nice prize if I do say so myself. Hunter, you ran up against a good player today in the form of Glen. However, you are certainly not leaving empty handed. You won those board games in the last round plus another $500 cash and you leave us with a very impressive $81,959 for four days. We thank you for being here. Glen, come on down here. (Glen joins me at the center of the stage) Glen's going to have a chance at some money and a new automobile after this. (Fade to commercial)

(Back to the studio) All right Glen, let's get you to the Money Cards. Of course, we start you off with $200. (ding) Minimum bets are $100 until you get to the Big Bet and you can change one card per line, but it does not necessarily have to be the base card. Best of luck to you, Glen, and your first card is.............................a four (4H).

$100 lower than the nine.......................an Ace (AS; buzzer) You were wise to go for the minimum there. Down to $700 but we move the Ace to the next level and give you another $400. You've got $1100 and a very good card in an Ace.

Everything lower than the Ace..........................another Ace (AH). Now you don't lose anything with that since that's a push, and you have another Ace to call along with $1100

$500 higher than the six..............a Jack (JD). $2700 now and the Jack moves up to the Big Bet. You have to risk at least $1350 on this card, Glen.
