Hi all,
Due to longer work hours, lack of energy from this heat wave, issues with my mother-in-law (health, not personal) and some computer issues (I got a blue screen this morning...this computer's almost a decade old now)...I've had neither the time nor the energy really to resume hosting duties. I am craving to do so, but am in need of some more time.
The rumor mill at work has been bad for quite a while. Odds are by the end of 2018, maybe sooner, I will be laid off after being at this job for over 19 years.
Also, with my son home and still trying to find summer work, we have spent some quality time together playing cards and watching DVDs. Enjoying the pleasure of his company while he is still home on summer break from college. He heads back on or around Friday, August 24th which will be here before we know it.
