The letter K the champ wants. Wally, what's it worth? (cha-ching; audience cheers) $32,000. So, to win the cash, just roll any sum of 7. (alarm goes off) And as the shutdown timer activates, Wally, how many tries will you give Evan? (ding) Five rolls. As before, Evan, every roll that doesn't total 7 pays its sum in hundreds of dollars. Doubles are worthless and cause the automatic shutdown. Ready to roll for 32 large?

Then let's get on a roll and win that cash. Good luck, Evan. You -- indeed -- are on a roll. (audience cheers as...) (Evan rolls)(scattered groans) Close -- a 6. (ding)Good for $600 -- but come onnnnnn 7! (Evan rolls)Niner this time. That's good for $900 more. (ding)$1500 total. Let's see if we add $32,000 on this roll. (Evan rolls)(buzz; NYSI89 losing horns; audience groans)Or not. And you could tell Wally was on your side. He shares in the agony of the doubles.

True. On the positive side, you did win a total of $6500 in cash between Lucky 7 and Big 6. Wally, please crunch the numbers and give us our champ's total winnings. (FF reveal sfx)$97,315. Evan, we will continue this match on the next show. We really don't have time to play a full main game. So we'll see you and James back here Monday. Meantime, we still haven't given away that Dubai trip. We'll give a member of this fine crowd a chance to win -- when we come back. (theme plays; audience cheers)

Well, I'm a university student, hoping to graduate this year. My hometown is Bangkok, Thailand. I also work part-time in board game cafés.

Board game cafe'. Hey now. We'll have to send you extra copies of the On A Roll home game. While we arrange that, you'll play Finish Line for the trip to Dubai we've tried to give away. Trip includes a six-night stay at a hotel near the IMG World of Adventure indoor theme park. Trip package also includes admission to the park and $10,000 in cash. It's all worth $28,950. You win it all -- if you pick the winning horse. Before you do, let me explain how this horserace works. With our special Finish Line cube, our guest models will show you we've taken a standard dice cube... ...and replaced the number 4 with a 1... ...the number 5 with a 2... ...and the number 6 with a 3. As a result, the numbers 1, 2 and 3 appear twice on the cube. That ensures a horse moves forward one furlong on each roll. The moment a horse crosses the finish line, the race ends right there and then. And if you have the winning horse, you're off to Dubai. However, if the horse you picked is in second place at the end of the race, either outright or tied, you win a consolation prize of $500 in cash. So, which horse are you going to root for -- 1, 2 or 3?

Number 3 it is. We'll put the word "win" next to the dice face numbered 3. (ding) (call to post)Ah, yes, music to the ears of Pete Rose. (scattered laughter from crowd) Korrina, Paige, it's post time. Time for the race to start. We'll let Korrina roll first and they'll take turns from there. (final three minutes and few seconds of "The William Tell Overture" plays)Let's race to the finish line. (audience cheers as Korrina rolls) Starting with 2. (ding)And horse number 2 is off to the early start. Paige, let's see if we get a 3 from you. (Paige rolls) (scattered groans) (ding)Horse number 2's out in front -- and the others, including your horse, are still at the gate. Korrina, let's see if that changes. (audience cheers as Korrina rolls) (burst of cheers) That's more like it. (ding)Paige, I wanna see 3 and 2 run neck-and-neck, please. Oblige us with a 3, please. (Paige rolls) Well -- everyone's out of the gate now. (ding)Horse 2's still leading. But let's change that, please, with the next roll, Korrina. (Korrina rolls) (burst of cheers) That's more like it! (ding)Three more rolls of 3 -- and horse number 3's in the winner's circle. Patseen, how are you feeling?

Let's see if your pal can cruise to victory. Paige, if you will, please roll that cube. (audience cheers as Paige rolls) Now we have an even Steven race. (ding)All horses advancing two furlongs. Who moves forward next? (Korrina rolls) Horse number 1 again. (ding)That horse is our new leader. Let's see a 3, please, Paige. (Paige rolls) (scattered groans) Oh dear. (ding)If the next roll's a 1, Patseen, you'll win just $500 since, right now, that horse's tied for second. Now how are you feeling?

Okie doke. Fingers are still crosse. Korrina, please, roll a 3. (audience cheers as Korrina rolls) (burst of cheers) There we go! (ding)Horse number 3's catching up. Paige, please, let's see another 3. (Paige rolls) (bigger burst of cheers) Hey now! (ding)Patseen, you felt 3 was going to catch up -- and it quickly caught up. Think it will cross the finish line this time?

You heard the man, Korrina. Please roll a 3. (audience cheers as Korrina rolls) (scattered groans) A 2 instead. (ding) Perhaps Paige can bring us luck with her roll. Paige, please roll a 3 for us. (Paige rolls) (buzz; NYSI89 losing horns; audience groans)It's a 1. Can't give you the trip... ...but since your horse is in second place at the moment, we'll stop the race here and give you $500 cash.

Better to win $500 at a horserace than lose $500 at a horserace. And I know a lot of folks who lost hundreds at Hollywood Park. (scattered laughter from crowd) We'll continue our match with James and Evan on the next show. Thanks to Paige and Korrina for joining us today. Thank you for watching. Until Evan and James get back on a roll, make it a great day and a great weekend, everybody, keep the faith and treasure your loved ones. (closing theme plays; audience applause)Tiffany: A representative of our studio audience will receive Armitron's Classic Character watches -- featuring Snoopy, Garfield, Bugs Bunny, Barbie and more. The fun fashion statement for your wrist. Armitron, America's watch.
And our contestants will receive some of the following...
Country Kitchen Syrups. Good old-fashioned flavor, good old-fashioned value. Also, try Country Kitchen Lite with half the calories. Country Kitchen Syrups.
When you have to drive, you need relief from the misery of a cold. Take non-drowsy Ornex. It's one to take when you have to take the wheel. Use as directed.
Great on everything from stir-fry to chicken pot pie and then some, the lively taste of Tabasco sauce. Don't keep it bottled up.
And Mon Cheri, taste "the difference". The richest milk chocolate combined with the choicest nuts, and how we put them together makes the delicious difference. Surrender to Mon Cheri. And each on-stage contestant receives a copy of the On A Roll video game for the Nintendo Switch.Tiffany: From Television City in Hollywood, this is Tiffany Phillips speaking for On A Roll...Tiffany: ...a Mark Goodson Television Production.(credits roll as cameras take various shots of the set, audience, models, Doug and Patseen) (camera zooms in on Wally displaying...)
