DK: And we are ready to go. Let's put 30 seconds on the clock. And remember, you need 2 to tie James and 3 to win the Round, and the time will not start until I finish reading the first question. And here we go. In 1900, a popular uprising known as the Boxer Rebellion was sweeping through what country?Matt: Pass.DK: The prefix "osteo-" refers to what part of the human body?Matt: Pass.DK: What TV chef often encourages his viewers to "kick it up a notch"?Matt: Emeril Lagasse.DK: Correct. Often found in castles, a turret is a small what?Matt: Pass.DK: The triangle is a musical instrument belonging to what section of an orchestra?Matt: Percussion.DK: Correct. Soft-shoe is a common form of what type of dance?Matt: Pass. DK: On average, each of the world's 24 time zones is how many degrees of longitude wide?Matt: Pass.DK: Victorinox, a company founded in 1884 --And time is up. I can't complete the question. You went through 7 questions and got 2 right to tie James at 80 seconds each! (Audience Applause; Ding)JAMES | MATT | SERGIO | TIME BANK: 80 | TIME BANK: 80 | TIME BANK: 75 |
Now we let's take a look at the ones you passed. In 1900, a popular uprising known as the Boxer Rebellion was sweeping through what country? The answer was China. The prefix "osteo-" refers to what part of the human body?It would've been the bone. Often found in castles, a turret is a small what? That one would've been a small tower. Soft-shoe is a common form of what type of dance? It would've been Tap Dancing. On average, each of the world's 24 time zones is how many degrees of longitude wide?It would've been 15 degrees. Now, let's check the scores as FINALLY end Round 1... JAMES | MATT | SERGIO | TIME BANK: 80 | TIME BANK: 80 | TIME BANK: 75 |
It is a very close game between all 3 of our players with Sergio at 75 seconds, but both James and Matt are tied for 1st place at 80 seconds each. (Audience oohs) However, we need to find a winner for the 1st round, so here's what we are going to do. I'm going to ask one more question to break the tie, and this time, it's first-come, first-served. If you buzz in, and get it right, you'll win 5 more seconds and the $1000. However, if you buzz in, and get it wrong, and you'll lose 5 seconds and your opponent gets the $1000. So, if we're all set, here comes the Tiebreaker. This is a tough Spelling Test!
Can you spell the word that means A rapid fall or deterioration?Buzz in whenever you're ready, and you have 24 hours to answer, starting right now!

DK: Judges, will we accept that? (Buzzer)No, they won't. The correct answer is Degringolade. That's D-E-G-R-I-N-G-O-L-A-D-E. Degringolade. As nouns the difference between decline and degringolade is that decline is downward movement, fall while degringolade is a rapid decline or deterioration; a tumble. Which means James, you lose 5 seconds from your Time Bank, while Matt gets the $1,000 and the win for Round 1. (Winning Bell Sfx; Win Cue; Cheers and Applause)JAMES | MATT | SERGIO | TIME BANK: 75 | TIME BANK: 80 | TIME BANK: 75 | $0 | $1000 | $0 |

Jonathan: And welcome back to the game show where this Golden Treasure Chest of Good Fortune will earn you...
a $1,000,000 check, The New Treasure Hunt!DK: I thank you, Mr. Mangum. And here we are in the second half of our show, starting with the Elimination Round. First, let's recap the scores... JAMES | MATT | SERGIO | TIME BANK: 75 | TIME BANK: 80 | TIME BANK: 75 | $0 | $1000 | $0 |
We got a very close game here as Matt is in the led with 80 seconds in his Time Bank while James and Sergio are tied in second place at 75 seconds each. Now, we're here in Round 2, the Elimination Round, where unfortunately for one of you, if you are the one with the least amount of seconds in your Time Bank by the time this round is over, you're OUT of here! However, there will be a chance for you to catch up in the 2nd half of this round, but first, let's take a look at the board... Here, we now have 6 clocks: 3 at :20, 2 at :30, and the top one at :50, which is the Grab Bag category. But this time, we're going to work our way from the bottom to the top, and the clocks will each a different category of its own, and one clock from each level will be used, and also, there are no more multiple-choice questions, and there are no Bonus Questions either. Instead, they're all Multiple-Answer questions, and you are ALL going to take part. In this round, each of you have a chance to score some serious seconds to your Time Bank, because all the questions have more than 1 right answer. For the :20 and :30 levels, we are going to go Around the Horn and accept 4 correct answers, meaning that whoever buzzes in first will have a chance to score at least twice. And the reason why I said that is because that anytime you are wrong, you won't lose any seconds this time, but you will be out for the rest of the question, giving your opponents a chance to add more seconds to their Time Bank. And one more thing: Hidden in one of the 3 :20 clocks is the "Ca$h Category", and the first person with the correct answer from that chosen category will automatically win $200 in cash, regardless whether they win or lose. With all of that said, let's get back to the game. We're going to start at the :20 second level, and this time, we have 3 different categories, and they are: ZOOS OPERA COOKINGAnd Matt, since you have won Round 1, you get to pick one of the 3 categories as we start Round 2. Remember, one of these 3 categories is the "Ca$h Category" in this level only.

Zoos is the category that you chose, and I can tell you that... it's the " Ca$h Category"! (Audience Applause)Here's the question: As we all know, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park in California is one of the most famous Zoos in the world with more than 4,000 animals and more than 800 species. However, there are 5 other Zoos than holds more than 5,000 animals in the world. Name 4 of the 5 largest Zoos in the world that holds over 5,000 animals.James: 7 Matt: 48 Sergio: 69 Magic #: 34 JAMES | MATT | SERGIO | TIME BANK: 75 | TIME BANK: 80 | TIME BANK: 75 | $0 | $1000 | $0 |
(Buzz-In!)And Matt buzzes in first! Matt, give me the first correct answer, and I'll give you the $200 bonus, which is just that, a cash bonus, along with 20 seconds added to your Time Bank.

Sergio, you're next. Can you give me a correct answer? If you do, you'll get the $200 bonus.

Nope! (Buzzer)No gets the cash bonus or any seconds on that one. JAMES | MATT | SERGIO | TIME BANK: 75 | TIME BANK: 80 | TIME BANK: 75 | $0 | $1000 | $0 |
You may need to look more out of the U.S. on this one. The top 5 Zoos in the world with over 5,000 animals are: 1. Henry Doorly Zoo - Omaha, Nebraska (17,000+ animals & 962 species) 2. Berlin Zoological Garden - Berlin, Germany (Around 17,000 animals & 1500 species) 3. Toronto Zoo - Toronto, Canada (HAPPY CANADA DAY!) (16,000+ animals & 491+ species) 4. Beijing Zoo - Beijing, China (14,500 animals & 950 species) 5. Moscow Zoo - Moscow, Russia (6000+ animals & 927 species) JAMES | MATT | SERGIO | TIME BANK: 75 | TIME BANK: 80 | TIME BANK: 75 | $0 | $1000 | $0 |
So the scores remain the same, and we move on to the :30 second level. And the categories for the :30 second level are: COMMUNICATIONTHE 2012 OLYMPICSMatt, you'll pick the category since you buzzed in from the last question first.

Along with Tennis with 3 Gold Medals, Shooting (also with 3 Gold Medals) is correct for the lead! (Correct!) JAMES | MATT | SERGIO | TIME BANK: 105 | TIME BANK: 110 | TIME BANK: 135 | $0 | $1000 | $0 |
(Audience Applause; Ding)Now, let's check the scores. JAMES | MATT | SERGIO | TIME BANK: 105 | TIME BANK: 110 | TIME BANK: 135 | $0 | $1000 | $0 |
Sergio now takes 1st place with 135 seconds in his Time Bank, while Matt is in 2nd with 110 seconds, and James now in last place with 105 seconds. And now... ...it all comes down to this, the 50-second level, which is always the Grab Bag category. James, you're in last place, but not too far off, so it's not over yet, because in this level, we'll accept up to 7 correct answers, which means, there's 350 seconds up for grabs, and the player who has the most amount of seconds at the end of this question, which also ends the round will receive a "special bonus", an important decision to make later on, and $1,500 in cash! Flash the cash, Tiffany! (Audience oohs) With all of that said, here's the question, and it's a good one. The FIFA World Cup is one of the most anticipated sport events of all time. A few days ago, England has beaten Colombia in a stunning shoot-out upset, earning this as one of many events that shook the world to its core. Now, as of 2010, England has faced as much as 37 opponents in the World Cup. Can you name 7 of them?To clarify, we're looking for any of the 37 countries that the England Men's Soccer/Football team at the World Cup Finals tournament from the 1950 tournament in Brazil to the 2010 tournament in South Africa. And please note this: We'll only accept the name of each country as it was known at the time of the tournament. With that said, who wants to take a shot at it first? James: 86 Matt: 16 Sergio: 93 Magic #: 16 JAMES | MATT | SERGIO | TIME BANK: 105 | TIME BANK: 110 | TIME BANK: 135 | $0 | $1000 | $0 |
