38 Down: "How the power scooter got across." was MOTORED.
83 Across: "To deduce or guess." was INFER.
91 Across: "Light rays reflect off this part of the retina." That part is the LUTEA.
11 Down: "To scar for life." is to TRAUMATIZE.
25 Across: "A northerner who isn't really known for his 'pies'." Both those hints had to do with ESKIMO.
And the one you got wrong, 23 Across: "Computer equipment 'Made in Taiwan'." was referring to the company ASUS.
