Number 7 it shall be... Any more cash?  No but alas, finally something in trump!  With 7 picks remaining, you need 2 more Clubs for $10,000, or two more Hearts for $10,000, or four more Spades for $20,000 more. But now there may be some danger. Under one, and only one of the remaining 13 cards there MIGHT be a poison card. If you select that, the game ends instantly and you will lose your $1,050. Under one, and only one of the remaining 13 cards there also MIGHT be a 2X card. If it's still up there, we will double your bank at that moment. Right now your bank is $1,050. The reason I say MIGHT is both the Poison card and the 2X card were already attached to two of the cards. You may have eliminated one or both of them already. Then again, maybe you didn't. If you wish to quit right now, you'll win another $1,050 guaranteed. Remember one and only one of the remaining cards might be the poison card... Do you wish to quit or continue the game Jonathan? Now if the 10 of Spades is there, it will become $22,600 and a chance to play for the car... And it is....  OH a ten but the wrong one! The 10 of HEARTS!!!  Well it boils down to this Jonathan. You have $2,600 guaranteed. You can quit now if you wish or take your final pick. 7 cards remaining, at least one of them will be a winner for you. If you find the Jack of Hearts, it will be $10,000. If you find the 10 of Spades, it will mean $20,000 more. One of those cards however might be the poison card. We still do not know if that was eliminated during your first seven picks or not. Do you take $2,600 and quit, or go for your last pick, hoping for a Royal Flush? (audience shouting suggestions) |

That is correct, so long as you don't hit the poison card, any cash in your bank is yours to keep.

Jonathan, since you didn't get a Royal Flush, you won't be playing for the car in the Pay Cards Extra round, instead, you'll have a choice. You have $3,200 in your bank. You can keep that if you wish, or you can risk it here. 8 numbered cards, two of the cards will double your money, three other cards will add money to your total either $1,000, $1,500 or $2,000, one card says "SAME", if you pick that, you'll simply remain at $3,200. One card says 1/2, if you pick that, you'll drop down to $1,600, and one card says "BUST", if you hit it, your $3,200 goes away, but you keep all of your previous winnings. 2 out of 8 chance of doubling your money, 5 out of 8 chance of increasing it, but also the risk of losing half or all of your $3,200 looms too. Do you want to stop, or take one card to try to double your $3,200 Jonathan? |
