(SHOWING CLIPS OF WINS IN MAIN AND BONUS GAME)
Ladies and gentlemen, one of these three players will have a chance to win lots of cash in the game of stragedy, cunning and knowledge. THIS IS.......
BLOCKERS
and here's your host..........JOHN BERGMAN.
(AUDIENCE APPLAUSE)
Thanks you all once again for watching us there in TV land and out there in our audience. This is BLOCKERS, a game of stragedy, nerve and knowledge in many forms. On our last show, our champ hit us up for another $10,000 and just made our bonus game seem like a walk in the park. Let's meet him again, KEVIN.
(AUDIENCE APPLAUSE)
KEVIN, welcome to BLOCKERS once again. How does it feel, again, to be a rich man?

I bet, my friend. So far, KEVIN has won, in two days, $22,850.
(AUDIENCE APPLAUSE)
Actually on our last show, CLEMENT almost won for he was one block away from being the champ. Were you nervous?

The name is Michael Clifford. I live in Marlton, New Jersey where I am currently unemployed. I like watching TV (especially game shows), following my Philly sports teams, hanging out with my family & friends, going on the Internet, & listening to classic Casey Kasem American Top 40 shows.

I was indeed saddened by his passing. What was even sadder though was how he was treated the last few months of his life & I think he's still being treated badly after his death.

Hi John. My name's Evan Hatfield, and I'm a student from Chicago. I'd like to use any money I win today to pay off some of my future education.

Well, then I wish you the best, EVAN and I hope you have a great time here on BLOCKERS. Welcome back to BLOCKERS and here's how we play our game: The object of our game is to get your colored block in each of the seven rows here by answering questions in the categories that pertain to that row. What you basically do is to give me a category and a letter from the word BLOCKER and wherever they meet is the block that you are trying for. There are two types of questions: One is worth money ,anywhere from $25 to $200, and the other type is what we call a COMMAND BLOCK. Those are special because they involve two questions, the first being worth $50 and the other depends on whatever the command block is. There are three types of COMMAND BLOCKS up there on our board: GAIN, which, if you get the second question right, will get your an extra block in another row, as well as $50 more. STEAL, which if you get the second question right, will allow you to steal an opponent's block and replace with one of your own, as well as $50 more. and CHANCE, which if you get the second question right, will add whatever the CHANCE JACKPOT is to your score. Now, the CHANCE is special because you have a choice on whether to go for it or not. The reason is that, if you go for the second question and get it wrong, you'll lose the block from the first question. Now, if the block you pick is a money amount, then the question is a toss-up. However, if you pick a COMMAND block, then the question is only for you, unless you give me a wrong answer. Then, it becomes a toss-up to the other remaining two. The person who gets all their colored blocks in each of the seven rows wins the game and gets to keep the money they've accumulated. Also, they will go on to play SUPERBLOCKERS for a chance at $10,000 in cash. (AUDIENCE APPLAUSE) Is there any questions?
