If this is higher than a 4, you take the first match; if not, mringgenberg will get his chance. Now is that last card higher than a 4? Show us! (5 ♣) ding-ding-ding!(1978 CS Win Cue) You win the first round, and $1,000 guaranteed cash! However, this is far from over, because we have a new round of questions ready to go, and we'll give mringgenberg a chance to get back into the game. (1978 CS Theme) Back after this.

We are back with another round of questions, and it's mringgenberg who will get the first question. We asked 100 big city residents:
"Do you feel that the cities are getting more dangerous to live in?"
How many people said yes?

It's 41 for mringgenberg. ding! Now koopakid17, do you believe the actual number is higher or lower?

There has to be, given the political climate these days. Has to be higher.

koopakid17 thinks it's higher... ding!...and the actual number of people who said that the big cities are getting more dangerous to live in is... ding-ding-ding!...71, so it is higher, and once again, koopakid17 will play his cards first. What's the base this time, Amber? (10 ⋄)It's a 10. What's your decision on this, play or change?
Post by koopakid17 on Aug 18, 2017 23:12:09 GMT -5
I'll change.
Post by Bill Skinner on Aug 18, 2017 23:25:04 GMT -5
And you will change the card to what?
(4 ♥)
A 4. What's your call on that: higher or lower?

Higher!
Post by Bill Skinner on Aug 18, 2017 23:59:04 GMT -5
Is it higher than a 4?
(9 ⋄)
ding!
You're right again! Now would you like to continue or freeze?
Post by koopakid17 on Aug 19, 2017 6:39:10 GMT -5
Have to freeze!
Post by Bill Skinner on Aug 19, 2017 23:01:20 GMT -5
Very well, let's freeze at the 9, and get into our second question. koopakid17, we asked 100 single women: "Do you think a man should let you share in paying during your dates?"How many of them said yes?
Post by koopakid17 on Aug 20, 2017 12:49:01 GMT -5
I doubt women would want to cough up if their date offers. There might be reasons such as if the man can't afford it. I think this number will be low: 25.
Post by mringgenberg on Aug 20, 2017 13:13:56 GMT -5
It's a little lower.
Post by Bill Skinner on Aug 20, 2017 21:40:09 GMT -5
So koopakid17 says 25... ding!...and mringgenberg thinks it's lower. ding! And the actual number of single women who said that men should share in paying for dates is... ding-ding-ding!...27, so it's not lower, and koopakid17 will play his cards once again, this time starting from the 9. Would you like to play it or change?

Change that nine!

Post by Bill Skinner on Aug 20, 2017 21:51:24 GMT -5
I think that's a good idea! So what's the new card?
(6 ♠)
A 6. Well, maybe it wasn't such a good idea after all, but is the next card higher or lower?

Higher.

Post by Bill Skinner on Aug 21, 2017 8:38:46 GMT -5
Is it higher than a 6?
(Q ♣)
ding!
Right again, and you're halfway through to your second win in the game. What is your decision on this?

Lower!

Lower than a Queen?
(4 ⋄)
ding!
Yes, and you're just one card away from your fifth Money Cards appearance. Are you going to go for it, or freeze right there?

If this is higher than a 4, you will be our first five-time champion; if not, mringgenberg will try to get back into the game. Now, is the last card higher than 4? (8 ♥)ding-ding-ding!(1978 CS Win Cue) And there you have it: koopakid17 will go down in the annals of gameshow history as the first five-time undefeated champion on our series! But we have to say goodbye to mringgenberg, who did not get too many chances to play his cards today, but we have some nice parting gifts for you as our thanks for playing anyway. (1978 CS Theme) With $2,000 in guaranteed cash for today, koopakid17 will now try for even more in his final Money Cards round. How much more will he win? You'll have to stay tuned to find out. We'll be back with more Card Sharks after this.

Here we are again with koopakid17, playing the Money Cards round for the fifth and final time. Having won over $80,000 in your last four shows, you now have a chance to top the $100,000 mark when all is said and done. As always, we start you off with $500 in betting money, and the option to change your base card on each row. When you get to the Big Bet, you must bet at least half of your bank. The rules are pretty self-explanatory, so let's get to business right now! This is going to be your first card in the round... (Q ♠) ...a Queen! Now would you like to play the Queen or change it?

$750 lower!

For $1,750, is it lower than a Jack?

For $3,250, is it higher than a 3?
(5 ♣)

Yes, and now we move it to the next row up, and add $1,000 to your bank, for a total of $4,250 in betting cash. Are you going to play the 5 right now or change it?
