Okay, behind number eight is... $750 which is yours if you can find the other amount. Where will you go next?

Will we see the other $750 behind 14? No, just $300. Pick again.

Can I list several numbers at once? If so, I'll go 3, 9, 11, and 15.

You can. I probably should have said so sooner. Let's see what's behind number three... *cheers and applause* Jon, that's a pretty good find! You're now guaranteed no worse than $1,200 when all is said and done. How about we try to find that other $750. Your next choice is 9... And there it is! Congratulations! *cheers and applause* That's $750 times your multiplier of six which is $4,500. That's doubled to $9,000 because of your Wild Card. When we add that to your score, you move up two spots to second place with $15,400! Let's see where all the other amounts are... The $1,000-spaces were behind 2 and 13. If you had chosen 11 and 15 first, you would have had mismatched amounts. Round 17 is coming up, you won't want to miss it!

Our board is locked and reloaded so let's continue our Race to a Million! We're back to begin Round 17 of our game. On our last round, we had a contestant leap frog over the players you see here right now... Matt and Clement, you are now in third and fourth place, respectively. For now, you're looking to overtake Jon who's now at over fifteen grand. Lock in your bombs using your keypads now... *think music* Okay, thank you. Clement, you trail Matt by $3,120 so you pick first.

Starting with number six... *groans and facepalms from audience* Wow...I guess you're having the same reaction as our audience right now. I can hardly believe the luck that gets passed around. This of course means Matt wins without having to lift a finger. *applause* Clement, you lose $50 for finding that round. You drop to $11,650. Matt, you get $100 for winning the round and $25 for each of the squares still in play. That's adds up to another $450 for you and you're now $130 shy of second place. And here's what you two missed out on... Aside from the Bonus Hunter, nothing special. We'll have Round 18 coming up after this!

Our board is locked and reloaded so let's continue our Race to a Million! Let's see what kind of surprises await our two contestants in Round 18. Michael and Matt, it's a pleasure to have the two of you back. Matt, don't get discouraged by your status, you still could be a factor in this round. Let's begin by having the two of you lock in your bombs... *think music* Okay. As always, we begin with the contestant who's trailing. Matt, pick a square.

All right, square one hides... *cheers and applause* $200, multiplied by 13. That will put you at an even $35,000. Where will you go, Matt?

Going across to the other corner... *applause* You've just picked up another C-note. More importantly, it keeps you alive and intact. Michael, have at it.

#3 for Michael... *gasps and groans from audience* Michael...that is perhaps the most costly Bomb you've ever hit. While it does give Matt the victory... *applause* ...it means you lose that multiplier you built up. After we take $50 from your score, you still hold the lead with $34,950. Matt, on the other hand, we'll give you $175 for the seven squares still in play plus another $100 for winning the round. You now have $2,200 and a multiplier of one. Here's what the rest of the board looked like... You both stayed clear of the Mine Field while missing out on doubling the board and the Mystery $. We'll have Round 19 coming right up. You don't want to miss it!

Our board is locked and reloaded so let's continue our Race to a Million! Now, the last time these two players met, the game ended early. Let's see what will happen this time as Matt and Clement play again. First off, let's have you two lock in your Bombs. *think music* Okay, we're ready to go. Clement, you're trailing so the first pick is yours.
