We're turning the clock back to 2002, the year that I was born in, GSN brought back the popular Press Your Luck under new rules,
now it's returned and on NBC, three more hopefuls will try to beat the whammy in the game that got big bucks and whammies.
So rules are the same as in Whammy, First round is a free spinning round (also known on this version as "The Grand Round", so starting with $1,000, try to your luck as many times as you dare. You may also freeze at some point during the round.
In the Question Round, rules again are the same, a correct buzz in answer is worth 3 spins, a mutiple choice correct answer is worth one spin.
There will be either 4 or 5 questions, you decide on that.
And the final big board round is what I call, "Classic PYL" and the last chance to earn as much as you can.
As in PYL, get a whammy, you lose all your money, get four and you're OUT!
Other feautres will be explained on the show.
There will be returning champions that can last three shows if possible.
It's High stakes and high risks, who wants to play?

(applause) (ding)  Now you can add to that by spinning our big board, thousands in cash and prizes and as usual, hit a whammy, and you'll lose all your money and be knocked out of the first round.
