Let's see. On one hand, there's only one amount left that's higher than my current offer, which is good. On the other hand, if I go on and knock out 250K, then the most I would be able to win would be $250, which is bad. So as the saying goes, better to be safe than sorry. I'll take the deal and collect my check for $60,000.

And he's taking home 60 grand!  But the big question is Mark, did you take a great deal? Or was your gut instinct of sticking with Box 11 from the start worthwhile enough to keep going?
