I was wondering what other sites besides this one have netgames.

With the closing of BigJon's imminent from what I'm seeing, this site is about as good as you're going to get.
Golden-Road.net and the Buy a Vowel forums are two big unofficial sites where you can play and host games but they're very restrictive. They each require you to be an active member for quite some time and also post in other parts of the forums besides the mock games. Golden-Road.net has two games going on at any given time but their hosting pool has dwindled a bit over the past few years. Buy a Vowel has one and unlike G-R, they require you to be a lot more seasoned before you can start hosting.
I used to host games on G-R back in its heyday and once thought about getting back to hosting after participating on and off as a contestant. However, I once got zapped without warning for missing a deadline on CHRISTMAS of all days. I have never participated since.

What about the Press Your Luck Palace? Is it still around? I clicked on the link at Doug Morris' site & I got nothing.

Ah, the Palace. I was a member for about 10 years until early 2013. I miss hanging out with the old gang there, even if a few of them sometimes acted like jerks.

The Press Your Luck Palace isn't really a place for netgames. You need Skype to play it and you had to have some programs, but yes, from what I heard, some of them can be jerks.

I've played games at PYLP one night or two. With them starting late at night and my "advancing age" (I'll be 42 before the year's out; where are my dentures?), that explains why I've made the rare visit. Just now seeing that link from my page being inactive. Will try to find out what's up. (BTW, if any of you spot any inactive links from www.dougmorris.net/games, please drop me an email at traxproductions(AT)att(DOT)net or PM me here.)

42 sounds young to me. I'm turning 48 before the year ends.
Makes me wonder if you and I both have the same birth day, or perhaps even the same birth date Doug!
