Hello all,
I will be removing the dollar amounts for players to bank in order to go to the board.
Instead, once a player successfully completes two contracts, they will get to go to the board automatically.
Depending on how well they do with the questions, they could earn 7, 8 or 9 picks at the matching board.
As is currently the case, to win a contract, a player has to answer 3 out of 4 questions correctly. If a player answers the first three correctly, they will still be asked the fourth question.
After two contracts are successfully completed, the player will go to the board.
The number of picks will equal the total number of green lights (correct answers) they have on their podium (could be 6, 7 or 8), plus 1 extra pick, making the total number of picks at the matching board 7, 8, or 9.
Players who have one contract completed will need to get just one more right to go to the board, even if one of their opponents makes a match, to keep the game moving along a bit faster.
In this example above, the player on the left completed one contract by getting 3 out of 4 answers right. Player 2 in the center has no contracts. Player 3 completed two contracts, one where he went 4 for 4, the second 3 for 4. A total of 7 correct answers, so 7 picks plus 1 bonus pick at the board, a total of 8 picks.
There will be other bonuses to replace the ones currently used behind the categories. I am working on that presently.
Also, in addition to a double dollar bonus if a player makes an instant match, prior to going to the board, they will be told the category and the 4 items on the board. That player will select one, and if the one they predict is also the first three boxes they choose, they will win a $5,000 cash bonus on top of it.
