Alright, so I'm reviving an old favourite, but this time we are about to see which host out of the 9 who signed up, is the best behind the buzzer. We are playing for charity, so all the prizes will be going to them, but the hosts will have a chance to win some pretty neat stuff as well.
This is Heat 1, so could Mark Liotta, Michael Koontz and Greg Palmer please sign in, and then we can begin!

And now, it's welcome back to our favourite host, Cameron Shields!(I walk through the doors, and take my place at my podium) Thank you very much Peter Smith, good evening everyone, and welcome to this very special event. Yes, I'm back and so is Sale for this special 5 show event. Over the next 5 shows we will see, which of your favourite hosts, has the nerve, stamina and skill, to not only host a network game show, but to be a contestant on the other side of the desk. We'll meet our first 3 hosts in just a moment, but first, please welcome Karina Brown! (Karina walks out from behind the Fame Game Board) Me: Welcome back Karina. What have been doing in the last year? Karina: Oh you know, just doing bits and pieces for the network. You can always me doing the weather on Nine News Melbourne!Me: That we can, and if you could introduce our first 3 hosts, that would be great! Karina: Certainly, our first host certainly is one of the more active hosts hosting today, being based in America doesn't mean he can't hop over to Australia and host some shows for us every now and then. Having a resume that includes I've Got A Secret and Let's Make a Deal, he also hosts this show in America! Please welcome Greg Palmer! Our second host has a resume which includes Wheel of Fortune and High Rollers, and has being present on the game show scene for a significant amount of time, let's all welcome Mark Liotta. And finally, our third host has also hosted Wheel of Fortune, as well as Family Feud and the $20,000 Pyramid, let's all welcome Michael Koontz!Me: Welcome gents, how are you all feeling tonight!

I'm sure there is something that they could use it for, and we might come back to that a bit later. For the meantime though, I'm willing to knock the price down to $5, so it will be a 3-way tie between all three players. It's still very early days Michael, would you be interested in purchasing this?

(fade in on me at my podium)
Welcome back to the Battle of the Hosts, and we are off to a great start here on Heat 1, with all 3 hosts showing that they have the skills both asking, and answering the questions. Just a reminder, that at the end of the last round, Michael picked the TURBO off the board, so for the next set of questions, point values are doubled, so it is 10 points for a correct answer, but incorrect answers will deduct 10 points from your score, so here we go with Round 2!
1 – “You’re nothing but a pack of cards” is a line from which classic children’s story? 2 – In the 18th century, Frederick the Great ruled which kingdom? 3 – Actress Julie Walters starred in both the stage and film versions of “Educating WHO?” 4 – The acronym “ASADA” refers to “Australian Sports Anti-WHAT Authority”?
