This is the last episode of 2016, and it's our Big Money episode, which means we got some goodies for you, and just in time for the Holidays! Hopefully, you've had a great Thanksgiving! Now, we're going to get started by meeting our players!

Not really, it's rare for us to get snow. Besides, it's summer over here now!

Right now I work part time for Dollar General and I've been enjoying SEC Football and NASCAR. It was thrilling watching Jimmie Johnson tie Petty and Earnhardt for winning seven championships.

I've heard about that! It was a shame that I didn't watch it due to my part-time seasonal job at Macy's, and boy, I should be grateful that I got such a job at all, but with all that money, you could go find an even better, and maybe a full-time job.

Now then, I think it's about time that we go into the one element that makes Press Your Luck possible: The Big Board!









As the board spins, let me tell you how this game works quickly. It's played in two rounds, in which they each consist of two halves: The Question Round and the Big Board Round. First, I'll be asking a series of four questions plus the "Big Spin Bonus" question in the first half of the round, and I hope you give me some good answers. The first player who can get close to my Magic Number between 1-100 will get to buzz in and answer the question. And then, that answer becomes one of three choices for the remaining 2 players. A correct buzz-in answer will give you 3 spins, and a correct multiple-choice will earn you 1 spin. In the "Big Spin Bonus" question, it's a Multiple-Answer question, and only one of you will have a chance to buzz-in, and give me the number of correct answers. If you can successfully do that, then you'll head to our special "Spin Board" for a chance to pick up even more spins. However, if you cannot give me enough correct answers to that question, then your opponents automatically get 2 spins. The more spins you have, the more money you could make (or break) at the second half of the round: The Big Board. And the Big Board itself is now computerized and it's filled with hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash and prizes. And anytime you stop the board like this....

Sometimes, you'll land on those kind of spaces that will force you to make a decision, and it'll always be to your benefit, and sometimes, it can help you stay in the game later on, especially when it comes to those Whammies.

He's the one that you all want to avoid as much as possible, because if you hit him, he'll take away all of the money you've earned up to that point, and will do something to make you feel miserable and depressed.

But tonight, the Whammy is not alone. He has a few "special guests" with him, much to his dismay. And those are the "Grinches". Every time you hit them, they'll take your money and put it into the "Grinch's Bonus", and whoever wins tonight's game will get all of the cash and prizes inside the "Grinch's Bonus".

Now, the player at the end of the game that's earned the most money is our champion, and will also earn the right to play the Big Bonus Board for hundreds of thousands of dollars in cold hard cash, AND the right to come back and do it all over again.

No one gets any spins for that, and the bonus is now out of play. However, we got another question coming up, and here it is.
