Yes, sir. Still trying to making it one away from a connection. Let's see what happens here. Answer starts with F: "What 'F' is described as 'the perfect blendship'?" BUZZ: 4 1st: Ray (30) 2nd: Matt (99) Ray?

Okay, this is it. If Matt gets this, he'll play for $20,000 in the Gold Rush. Ray, you need this to stay in this game. V-question: "What 'V' is Australian spread that went to 'war' in 2007?" BUZZ: 93 1st: Ray (40) 2nd: Matt (8) Raymond?

Vegemite is correct and you've won the game! *Blockbusters win cue* *ding* That's another $1,000 for you, Matt, as you unseat our champion. Raymond we have to say goodbye to you. It was a two-round sweep so you leave here with another $500. You're leaving us today with $3,500. Matt will play the Gold Rush for $20,000 after these words. We'll be right back!

Matt Riggenberg has won one game and $2,000. He would like to to win ten times that in the Gold Rush, I hope. Again, here's how it works. This is the board you'll be using to make a connection from side to side... ...or top to bottom. Do either and you win $20,000. It's as simple as that. You've noticed most of the blocks on this board will require more than one word. It's going to be a bit tougher. Also, if you give an incorrect answer or pass, we put a block over the one you missed... ...and you'll want to work your way around it. If after ten questions you do not have a vertical or horizontal connection, we'll pay you $500 for each gold block on the board. Ready to go, Matt?
