(Julia touches screen)And you get an L. Top row's nearly complete. You will complete it -- if you guess it correctly. Want to guess that top row, Lenny, or roll again?

Third roll. Bryan's hoping you'll come up with doubles. (Lenny rolls)But you don't. It's a 6 and a 3... ...or a 9. Obviously going to have to go to another row.

(Julia touches screen) From the middle row, an M -- and from the bottom row... (Julia touches screen) ...a T. Numbers are starting to get scarce -- but all rolls outside of doubles are still playable. Lenny, you may guess the middle row's clue, guess the bottom row's clue or take the last roll of the round.

All right. Let's see how this last roll of the round turns out. (Lenny rolls)And it's playable -- 1 and a 2 or a 3. Can't play the sum since all the threes are gone. You'll have to play the 1 at the bottom and the 2 -- on which row?

Is the third clue "actor"?

(dings; audience applause)Bottom row's clue is indeed actor. Now -- Lenny -- we're still out of rolls. However, you have a chance to take a guess on the entire puzzle. If you're right, you automatically win the match. If you're wrong, we start another name game. So -- based on what you're seeing -- what's the solution to our puzzle?

Name game please

Bypassing a guess. Very well. Bryan, Lenny, this next name game's a crucial one. Hands on the buzzers please. Here it comes. (FF reveal sfx)Nine letters in this famous last name. Here's the clue. He was on a roll -- as one of America's founding fathers. (ding)
(Bryan and Lenny, please PM me your answer and a buzz code from 1-100. BTW, we're not in "play or pass mode" -- yet. So the winner of this name game will get to roll the dice right off the bat.)

90 bryan 57 redrangerdude 40 random.org (Lenny buzzes in) Lenny? Lenny: Jefferson (dings; audience applause)That's it. Thomas Jefferson. All right, Lenny. Please hop on back into the box. Everything outside of doubles is still playable. So -- you -- are on a roll. (Lenny rolls)Starting this round of rolls off with a 2 and a 3... ...or a 5. Threes are still gone. You may pick the 2 or 5 that's in the middle row.

Post by dougmorrisontheair on Sept 29, 2016 12:37:45 GMT -5
(Julia touches screen)Playing the sum gets you a Y. Lenny and Bryan, with that, we're now in play-or-pass mode. If you throw numbers and a sum that can't be played, you lose control of the dice to your opponent -- who picks up a free letter. Same can still be said of doubles. Lenny, you may still guess the middle row's clue, roll the dice or pass the cubes to Bryan.

Lenny's going for it. Will you still be on a roll after this roll? (Lenny rolls)It's playable -- 1 and a 3 or a 4 However, only the sum is playable. So, Julia, please do the honors on the 4 in the middle row. (Julia touches screen)You get another R for that. Chances increase for another non-playable roll, Lenny. Would you like to guess the middle clue, roll again or pass the dice?

Post by dougmorrisontheair on Sept 29, 2016 21:16:24 GMT -5
All right. This next roll will have to include a 2 -- or the sum will have to be higher than 6. (Lenny rolls) (audience groans) (buzz)That won't work. The ones and fives are gone -- as are the sixes. Lenny, please step out of the box. Bryan, please come back in. Before you make a decision on the last roll of this round, please take one free letter.
