(audience cheers) For the game -- is it -- Christ the Redeemer? (dings; SCSD win theme plays; audience cheers) That's it. Lenny, congratulations. Your first game -- and your first win. Let's recap the clues. And it's probably best we go bottom to top. Christ the Redeemer is indeed a famous statue which depicts Jesus Christ. You'll find that statue in Rio de Janeiro. (Julia places dice near Lenny's buzzer) Well, Bryan, unfortunately, you're first loss in the time you've been with us. But you're not out of the match. You'll have a chance to make a come back. In the meantime, Julia will walk you to the comfiest chair in the studio -- right down there in the front row. We'll see you back here for Game 2, Bryan Law. (audience cheers) (Bryan and Julia walk off the stage) All right, Lenny, please grab a hold of those dice -- and prepare to give them a great roll. This is the money roll -- which determines the most you could in at the Lucky 7 game. This roll is for $5000 a point -- and doubles are allowed on the money roll. That means if you roll double sixes, you'll be playing for up to $60,000. (audience cheers) So -- best of luck -- and give 'em a roll when you're ready. (Lenny rolls) Wow! The 6 and 4 make for 10 -- and a $50,000 game of Lucky 7. Wally's lurking behind that door -- ready to join us for Lucky 7 -- when you come back to the dice table. (theme plays; audience cheers) (theme plays)

And we're back. During the break, Bryan was telling us that was a tough puzzle and he hopes you, Lenny, win a lot at Lucky 7. Great sportsmanship on your part, Bryan. (audience cheers) Lenny, your great solve gives you a chance to play Lucky 7 with -- Wally! (theme plays; audience applause) Hello, Wally. What's on your mind on this Friday Eve? (Doug and others laugh) Ahhh -- sounds like someone wanted to spy on our twin models when they were in the "Big Brother" house. Well, I feel bad for you, Wally. Since you can't spy on another show, may we have the numbers for the Lucky 7 game, please? (FF reveal sfx)Thank you, Wally. Lenny, here's how we play Lucky 7. To win the big money, you must eliminate those numbers, 4 through 10 inclusive, by rolling our dice. Anytime the sum of your roll matches one of those numbers, that number disappears and you score $500. If you repeat one of those sums, no worries; you score an additional $50 and you're still on a roll. Any roll of 3 or 11 is wild. That gives you the power to clear one of the remaining numbers *or* take a token for the car game. For solving the puzzle earlier, you've already have earned... (ding)...one token. And as you get on a roll, you're allowed to collect a total of four tokens. When you get down to one number on the board, Wally will then give you five tries to match that last number -- and it has to be done naturally. If you can eliminate all seven numbers, your winnings will be augmented to -- how much?

(audience cheers) Absolutely. But, just like the main game, you want to avoid rolling doubles. Any double here means one strike and you can't eliminate a number. Three strikes and the game ends -- but you keep what you've won. And every dollar is important -- because the player who scores more money in Lucky 7 returns to our next show. (Julia hands Lenny the dice) Thank you, Julia. Lenny, the dice are now yours. You -- are on a roll. (audience cheers as...) (Lenny rolls)Starting with a 2 and a 3 -- which make the 5 go away. (ding)$500 to the good already. Roll again, please. (Lenny rolls)Sum of the name of the game -- Lucky 7. (ding) Two down, five sums to go for 50 large. (Lenny rolls)Even numbers make the first even sum go bye-bye. (ding) Moving it around nicely, Lenny. Keep it up. (Lenny rolls)Another sum of six. (ding) That's another 50 clams. You're up to $1550. Roll again please. (Lenny rolls)Another total of 7. (ding) A sweet $1600 now. (Lenny rolls) (audience groans)Ohhhh. (buzz)First double of the day -- and yeah, the terrible twos give you your first strike. All right, shake it off, Lenny. You're still on a roll. (audience cheers as...) (Lenny rolls)There we go. The 5 and 3 melt the snowman. (ding) $2100 now, Lenny. You're three sums away from converting that money to $50,000. Roll again, please. (Lenny rolls)(burst of cheers) (cha-ching)Hey now! First wild roll of the game. Lenny, decision time. You may take a second token for the car game... ...or call this roll a 4, 9 or 10 and, thus, clear the sum you call. (audience shouts suggestions) Just a reminder, you could win more cash in the car game. But it's money here in Lucky 7 that determines the winner of the match.

(scattered cheers) Clearing the 4 and scoring another five bills. And -- (scattered laughter from the crowd) -- ahhh -- good pun, Wally. Thinking *four*-ward. Well, Lenny, time for you to roll forward toward the $50,000. Let's get back to the dice -- because you're still -- on a roll. (Lenny rolls) (audience groans) Argh! (buzz) Another double 2 for, ironically, your second strike. (mix of laughter and groans from the crowd) Oh -- another number pun. *Two* soon. Well -- Lenny -- one more double and this Lucky 7 game will soon come to an end. Will you avoid that third strike?

(Lenny nods yes) We'll take that as a yes. Good luck, Lenny. You're still on a roll. (Lenny rolls)Another 8. (ding) Up to $2650. Want to get a sum of 9 or 10. Good luck and get that 9 or 10. (Lenny rolls)Another 4. (ding) There's $2700. Think 9 or 10, Lenny, and then roll it. (Lenny rolls)Another 7. (ding) There's $2750. Every little bit helps your chances to claim the championship. A 9 or 10 gets it better for you. (Lenny rolls) (buzz; NYSI89 losing horns; audience groans) Darn it. Yeah, a terrible roll of double sixes for 12 conclude matters. But you have a great score of $2750. (audience cheers) And a chance to win much more. "Much more" is represented by what, Tiffany? (game board rolls off stage left to reveal Julia next to car) Tiffany: Lenny, you could win much more with this -- new Corvette! (car theme from '70s Conc. plays) Tiffany: The Chevy Corvette Stingray Coupe 3LT comes with a 3.2 liter V8 engine, 8 speed paddle shift, the Z51 package, chrome-alloy wheels and much more. It's a prize worth $78,525. Good luck, Lenny. (audience cheers) Indeed, Lenny, we hope you win this car as we ask Wally to set up for the car game, please. (FF reveal sfx) Thank you, Wally. Lenny, Wally has randomly hidden the word "car" behind one of those numbers. You'll get to cover just one of those numbers with the token you earned since winning Game 1. Cover the number that hides "car" -- and that 'Vette goes from Television City to your garage. Which number hides the "car"?

We have two affluent players here at the dice table. Lenny just picked up $81,275 in cash and automobile. Bryan's yet to win anything in this show -- but has $131,150 in cash to his credit thus far. Now to the matters that matter -- hence why they're called matters. (scattered laughter from the crowd) Lenny, you won $2750 in your session of Lucky 7. Bryan, this means you must win solve the next puzzle and score at least $2750 to stay at the dice table. Our twins have changed places -- or have they? (twins and crowd laugh) Julia: I'm really Julia at the board. Liz: I'm really Liz with you at the table. (FF reveal sfx)Now that we have that all straight -- I think -- (scattered laughter) -- let's start the second half of this match with this eight-letter name game. Here's your clue. He got on a roll -- when he was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers. (ding)
