I've tried getting on BigJon's PC Games Forum today & I got this message:
"You have been permanently banned from this board.
Please contact the Board Administrator for more information.
A ban has been issued on your IP address."
I haven't done anything wrong on those boards. Am I the only one getting that message? |

It's working fine for me; however, I stopped posting there because of what's been happening there lately. (And no, I never had any disagreements with anyone there. I stopped posting there for a different reason that I will not go into)

So, I'm probably the only one that has this problem then. I'm talking to Tony & he says that I'm not banned from BigJon's PC Games forums, but I still get the message that I am permanently banned there. Like I said before, I haven't done anything wrong there. All I've been doing is checking out the netgames there. I wanted to participate there, but it's more than likely too late now.

JillManasFan....what Twentington was saying to you is right...BIGJON's is almost dead. The spammers have took control of it ,it seems like and BIGJON seems to ost his passion for wanting to do more games as well as to try and clean the whole thing up. Come to the good side, we have cookies.

I haven't been on BigJon's site in quite some time but Jon used to be highly active on Golden-Road.net, showing off many of his graphics. He was directly affected by Superstorm Sandy and since then, his appearances have been sporadic to the point where he had to give up hosting CSS. I'd say going by the word of mouth here on NGC, he seems to have stopped caring about his site at this point. I don't know why he's doing nothing about the spambot situation where it should be pretty easy to find a replacement forum. |

About a year ago, I remember Jon saying on the Facebook page that he would not be making anymore new games for at least the forseeable future. He just seems to have some more important priorities at the moment.

Exactly. I'm grateful for him and to him for the 7 years I had at that site.
And thanks to another John, now I am here, and this is very enjoyable for me, both as a host and as a contestant, although I dare say, in a moment of immodesty, I do far better as a host than as a contestant LOL!

I got the same thing too. It is really weird. I wish I had some of his earlier stuff. Well, I'm glad to now be a member here!
