The next episode of Gambit PM, featuring Matt Ringgenberg vs. John Bergman will commence on or around August 17th.
The episode will begin with Matt playing "Beat the Dealer" for a chance at another $5,000 bonus.
Matt has already won $19,500, all cash thus far.
Although this is not for real prizes obviously, you may have seen at the end of my previous Gambit PM episode that, due to concerns about growing unrest domestically, as well as terror attacks and more potential terror threats, Gambit PM has placed a moratorium on giving away any trips as prizes, be they within the U.S.A. or abroad.
As such, I made some slight tweaks to the Gambit Board. Here is what will be up on the 21 numbered Gambit Board starting with this upcoming episode...
1 card will say "Any 21 wins car & Pick Again". If that is selected and a player gets exactly 21 in any combination, they will not only win the Gambit Board jackpot, but a new automobile as well. Since a player can play the Gambit Board a maximum of 5 times, one could in theory win 5 automobiles. Once a car is won, it will be replaced with another make and model.
4 suit cards. As before, the $2,500 money cards for Hearts, Clubs, Diamonds and Spades will remain on the board. If found, $2,500 in cash is won instantly, plus another $2,500 for every card in a player's hand that matches that suit, as long as they do not go over 21.
1 card will be a room of furniture. The rooms are Living, Dining, Kitchen, Bed and Den.
1 card will be jewelry or precious metal related. These include a gold watch, a diamond ring, a bracelet, gold coins, and finally earrings.
1 card will be a vehicle. These include a motor cycle, camping trailer, sailboat, snowmobile and jet skis.
1 card will be an electronic type prize. These include a computer, pinball machine, video game system, HDTV, and a robot "Danger, Danger Will Robinson!"
1 card will be devoted to fun prizes, such as a hot tub, a spa, a bar set, an I-Phone and a trampoline!
1 card will be a shopping spree to stores such as Target, Best Buy, JC Penney, Macy's or Toys R Us.
1 card is the Take Two card. If that is picked, the player gets to select two more numbers right away.
4 cards represent half checks. One completed check is worth $5,000 and is won as long as the player does not go over 21. The other completed check is worth $20,000 but a player must score at least 18 to claim it, but not go over 21.
1 card will add money to the Any 21 Jackpot instantly. It starts at $10,000 and grows by $5,000 each time it is not won. If this card is selected off the Gambit Board, it will add more money to the Gambit Board jackpot instantly. Each one of 4 suits will appear on this card. Behind two of them will have $2,500. Behind one it will have $5,000, and behind one it will have $10,000. The player will get to pick another number off of the Gambit Board before having to draw another card as well.
1 card will be something for a year, be it groceries, maid service, ride service, movie passes, or a gym membership.
1 card will be devoted to sporting things. These prizes include bowling package, golf clubs, pool table, ski equipment, and camping gear.
2 cards will be miscellaneous prizes, in other words prizes that don't fit in any of the other prize categories.
At the Gambit Board, in addition to the 52 card deck, two jokers will be in the mix as well. If a joker is discovered, the player gets to pick another number off of the Gambit Board immediately before having to draw another card.
During regular match play, the jokers will be in the mix too. If a joker turns up, that will add another $500 to the Any 21 Jackpot immediately.
After Matt plays the "Beat the Dealer" game, that feature will be retired from my version of Gambit PM.
Thank you all for your loyalty, support, patience, and enthusiasm with this version of BlackJack with a brain!
Respectfully and gratefully,
Bill
