Rioting at Dallas Kills at Least Five Police Officers

I apologize in advance for this is a bigger situation than I heard last night. At huge riot in Dallas, Texas led to shots being fired. First I will start with the video of the story by Dan Harris probably doing it on Nightline.


Second, I add in one of the victim's families response from ABC News.

In fairness, this was a well planned sniper attack specifically on police.  The demonstration that was taking place was a peaceful one, not a riot, however, once the shots began to ring out, everybody began to scramble, which might have resembled a riot, but it was not a riot.

Dallas police were there as well, to make sure it remained a peaceful demonstration and to protect the very people who were protesting against law enforcement.

Deepest condolences to the victims' families.  Heartfelt prayers for the injured police, some of whom might still remain in critical condition.
