(ding)Stop at 725.
[ BRYAN ] [ SAM ] [ RAYMOND ] < < 12000 > > < < 2000 > > < < 2900 > > [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]
Well, if you stopped here, you'd have 3625. Take the money -- or risk the $2900 you currently have on a second chance? (audience shouts suggestions)
(Raymond, if taking the second chance, please indicate same with a letter from A-R.)

Raymond: Second chance. (audience cheers)Doug: Gonna try to hit us for big bucks. Let's roll that board again. (board spins)Doug: Just avoid those busts. Raymond: Stop!! (ding)Doug: Same song -- same verse. (scattered cheers)
[ BRYAN ] [ SAM ] [ RAYMOND ] < < 12000 > > < < 2000 > > < < 3625 > > [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]
Second place for now -- unless Bryan does something excessively crazy. Bryan, your last turn in this first round starts now. (board spins) (Bryan, letter from A-O, please.)

(ding)Mystery space for you. Now, Bryan, before we unravel this mystery, it's worth noting the busts were inactive on that spin you just took. With that clarified, let's see how much more you win -- assuming you want it. (ding)(scattered cheers) $1000.
[ BRYAN ] [ SAM ] [ RAYMOND ] < < 12000 > > < < 2000 > > < < 3625 > > [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]
Now -- Bryan -- think this over carefully -- (scattered laughter from the crowd) -- you may take the $1000 here -- or risk all $12,000 you have in your podium currently for a shot at winning up to $5000 more. (audience shouts suggestions)
(Bryan, *if* you wish to take the second chance, please indicate same with a STOP letter from A-R.)

Smart man! (audience cheers)Sam, the round ends with you.
[ BRYAN ] [ SAM ] [ RAYMOND ] < < 13000 > > < < 2000 > > < < 3625 > > [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]
Now, there's no way you can make first place in this round. But you can take second from Raymond. You'd have to score more than $1625 on this turn. And remember there are advantages for finishing in first and second place. We'll talk about that later. But first, let's roll that board. (board spins) (Sam, letter from A-O, please.)

[ BRYAN ] [ SAM ] [ RAYMOND ] < < 13000 > > < < 2000 > > < < 3625 > > [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]
Well -- if you stop here, you'd pick up just one spin in Round 2 with chances to earn more spins to follow the rest of that round. If you take the second chance now, you'd be risking $2000. If you can score more than 1625 on the second chance, you'll get a two-spin head start as opposed to one spin. What's your pleasure? (audience shouts suggestions)
(Sam, if you wish to take the second chance, please note same with a stop letter from A-R.)

Well I live in Columbus, between Starkville and Tuscaloosa, which is home to Mississippi State and Alabama. I live 60 miles south of Tupelo, which is the birthplace of Elvis Presley. I am currently umemployed, but part time work for Dollar General. I'm a huge fan of SEC Football and NASCAR and write articles on the side for them. I've also been a huge fan of game shows since I was 6.

Means we're all getting gift cards to Dollar General for the plug, right? (scattered laughter from the crowd) But seriously, I've been to Columbus many times. My brother is a graduate of the math-and-science school. Nice area over there in Columbus.
Good luck as you look to add to your $13,000. Let's say hi to Sam. Sam, please tell us where you came from and what you do.

Well, we hope we make the trip worthwhile. You're currently in third place -- but have plenty of time for a turnaround.
Good luck to you, today. And Raymond, before we play the question round, let's find out a little something about you.

Mmmm -- doughnuts. (scattered laughter from the crowd) Well, you're looking for sweeter payoffs later. You can get there with the help of this round. Good luck to you Raymond. Again, good luck to all. Let's start Round 2 by awarding spins based on how you finished in Round 1.
[ BRYAN ] [ SAM ] [ RAYMOND ] < < 13000 > > < < 2800 > > < < 3625 > > [ ] [ ] [ ] [ SPINS: 3 ] [ SPINS: 1 ] [ SPINS: 2 ] [ ] [ ] [ ]
(spins awarded sfx)Bryan, with the big lead, you've already earned three spins for the final round. Raymond, with the second highest amount of money, you get a two-spin head start. Sam, just one spin for you -- but you can do some damage with that spin. In this round, we have three sets of answers and two questions for each set. The first question in a set is open to all and is worth three spins. Those who did not score three spins on the first question get to play our second chance question -- for one spin. Take a look at the board, please, players -- because here comes the first set of answers. Rocket -- Ship -- Seven. Heh, the folks in Buffalo love us for that one. (scattered laughter from the crowd) Here's your question for three spins. (spins awarded sfx)Raymond now up to five spins. Raymond, please sit this next question out. Bryan and Sam, you'll play for one spin on the second chance. Now, on the second chance, the wrong answers to the previous question... (ding)...Ship and Seven are in play. One of them is the correct answer to this question. With some element of hesitation, Sam wants to know, for three spins, if the captain we're talking about is Kate --- McCue. (ding) (audience applause)There ya go. The one Kate who's not know for being an actress captains a Celebrity Cruises ship.
[ BRYAN ] [ SAM ] [ RAYMOND ] < < 13000 > > < < 2800 > > < < 3625 > > [ ] [ ] [ ] [ SPINS: 4 ] [ SPINS: 4 ] [ SPINS: 5 ] [ ] [ ] [ ]
(spins awarded sfx)Well solved, Sam. Up to four spins now. Bryan, Raymond, time for the second chance question... (ding)...involving either Kate Jackson or Kate Mulgrew. For one spin, here's the query. Which Kate played the part of a starship captain on "Star Trek: Voyager?" 34 bryan 55 bowlerraymond 06 random.org (Bryan buzzes in)Bryan?

(scattered cheers) They agree with your take, they think you're right or a likely combination of both. For one spin, are we talking Kate Mulgrew? (ding) (audience applause)Indeed. Long before "Voyager", Kate Mulgrew played the part of Lt. Columbo's wife in a spinoff series that lasted just 13 weeks.

(spins awarded sfx)If you actually remember that show, you spent time in a body cast. (scattered laughter from the crowd) We're about even on spins folks. Bryan and Raymond with five each. Sam with four. Last set of answers. (ding)ABC, CBS, Fox. Looks like more TV trivia on the way. Here's the next question.
