Lower than a 10, Amber?
(2 ♥)
ding!
It's a 2! I know what you're going to say, but I'll have to ask anyway: Are you going to continue or freeze?

(another bump for pathfinder20)

Post by pathfinder20 on May 18, 2016 18:18:39 GMT -5
Let's go on. Higher!
Post by Bill Skinner on May 18, 2016 18:40:09 GMT -5
The only way you don't continue is for there to be another 2. Is it higher?
(4 ♥)
ding!
Yes, a 4! Now you're two cards away from winning the first round, so what's your decision?
Post by pathfinder20 on May 18, 2016 20:52:05 GMT -5
Let's go on with Higher!
Post by Bill Skinner on May 19, 2016 10:01:52 GMT -5
A 2, 3 or another 4 will end your turn now. Is it higher than a 4, Amber?
(A ♣)
ding!
Yes, an Ace, and you're now just one card away from a win. So I daresay you're going for it?
Post by pathfinder20 on May 20, 2016 15:48:04 GMT -5
Let's go on with lower!
Post by Bill Skinner on May 21, 2016 11:47:29 GMT -5
Anything but an Ace will win it for you. Now Amber, is it lower?
(9 ♣)
ding-ding-ding!
(1978 CS Win Cue)
You win $1,000 and the first match! But the first one to two will go on to play Money Cards, so gameboy2000 will have a chance to catch up. (1978 CS Theme) We'll be back after this.

Welcome back to Card Sharks, where pathfinder20 leads our match 1-0. But we will give gameboy2000 a chance to tie it up right now. Here comes your question, and we asked 100 car enthusiasts:
"If you could own just one car from a choice of the 1950s, 1960s or 1970s, what decade would you pick?"
How many said that they would pick one from the 1950s?
Post by gameboy2000 on May 22, 2016 14:58:50 GMT -5
I say 45.
Post by Bill Skinner on May 22, 2016 15:00:20 GMT -5
So it's 45 from gameboy2000...
ding!
...and now, pathfinder20, do you believe that the actual number is higher or lower than 45?
Post by pathfinder20 on May 22, 2016 16:54:13 GMT -5
I am going to say a bit lower...
Post by Bill Skinner on May 23, 2016 10:10:04 GMT -5
And it's lower for pathfinder20.
ding!
And the actual number of people who said that they'd own a car from the 1950s is...
ding-ding-ding!
...36, so it is lower, and pathfinder20 once again wins control of the cards. Let's see what the first card is, Amber.
(3 ♠)
It's a 3! Would you like to play it now or change it?
Post by pathfinder20 on May 23, 2016 15:47:15 GMT -5
Let's play! Higher!
Post by Bill Skinner on May 23, 2016 16:02:44 GMT -5
Higher than a 3, Amber?
(8 ♣)
ding!
It's an 8! So would you like to continue or freeze?
Post by pathfinder20 on May 24, 2016 15:42:57 GMT -5
Let's freeze for now.
Post by Bill Skinner on May 24, 2016 15:49:33 GMT -5
Alright, we'll freeze at the 8. And then we'll move on with this question for you. We asked 100 rap music fans:
"It seems that lately there is a growing number of rap artists who pass themselves off as singers. Do you think that this is a good or bad thing?"
How many say that it's a bad thing?
Post by pathfinder20 on May 25, 2016 8:26:21 GMT -5
I don't think too bad. It stretches them a bit (if the music is pleasing to the ears.) However some people feel that two areas should not be blended. I am going to say it's a low number. 33.
Post by Bill Skinner on May 25, 2016 10:19:13 GMT -5
So pathfinder20 says 33.
ding!
gameboy2000, is the actual number higher or lower than 33?
Post by gameboy2000 on May 25, 2016 15:40:52 GMT -5
I'll say lower
Post by Bill Skinner on May 25, 2016 16:14:01 GMT -5
And gameboy2000 says it's lower.
ding!
The actual number of people who said that singing rappers is a bad thing is...
ding-ding-ding!
...26, so it is lower, and gameboy2000 gets to play his cards. Now Tiffany, show is the first card, please.
(K ♥)
It's a King! Now gameboy2000, would you like to play it right now or change it?
Post by gameboy2000 on May 26, 2016 11:02:19 GMT -5
Keep it and go lower.
Post by Bill Skinner on May 26, 2016 11:18:32 GMT -5
Alright, we're looking for something lower than a King. Is it?
(8 ♠)
ding!
Yes, an 8! Continue or freeze?
Post by gameboy2000 on May 26, 2016 19:50:19 GMT -5
Freeze
Post by Bill Skinner on May 27, 2016 11:29:45 GMT -5
And let's move on to the next question. gameboy2000, here it is, and we asked 100 reality show fans:
"If you could be on one of the following shows: Survivor, Big Brother or The Amazing Race, which one would you choose?"
How many of those people said they would be on Survivor?
Post by gameboy2000 on May 27, 2016 18:36:55 GMT -5
I say 29
Post by Bill Skinner on May 28, 2016 12:58:53 GMT -5
So it's 29 for gameboy2000...
ding!
...and pathfinder20, is the actual number higher or lower than that?
Post by pathfinder20 on May 28, 2016 14:40:05 GMT -5
I will say a bit higher. I think people would like to see if they can hack it on his own.
Post by Bill Skinner on May 28, 2016 15:01:29 GMT -5
And it's higher for pathfinder20.
ding!
The actual number of people who said that they'd appear on Survivor is...
ding-ding-ding!
...38, so it is higher, and pathfinder20 will start from the 8 that he froze at earlier. Are you going to change that 8 or play it now?
Post by pathfinder20 on May 28, 2016 21:21:26 GMT -5
Let's change the card please...
