Four of a kind, please!

And you get $2,600 for that. (ding)(audience cheers) [ROLLS LEFT:] [ ][ ][ ][2][1]
[BILLY] [ANDREW] [$16,200] [$8,500]
[3 of a Kind] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [Small Straight] [Small Straight] [ ] [Large Straight] [ ] [Yahtzee] [ ] [Chance]
Now, Billy.... in order to win that trip, you'll have to get the next control of the next two rolls, and get a three of a kind and a small straight, in any order, of course. Andrew, a large straight or a Yahtzee would give you the lead, but as you still have Chance, all your rolls are safe. You just have to get in there. Next question. Bridgetown is the capital of which Caribbean island?(buzzcode and answer, please)

Another $6,000 for Billy! (ding)
[ROLLS LEFT:] [ ][ ][ ][ ][1]
[BILLY] [ANDREW] [$22,200] [$8,500]
[3 of a Kind] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [Small Straight] [ ] [Large Straight] [ ] [Yahtzee] [ ] [Chance]
Andrew.... I hate to say this, but I think I'll have to. It's mathematically impossible for you to catch up. So, the best you can do now is spoil Billy's chance at that trip. Billy, if you get control of the dice on this question and get three of a kind, you'll clear the board and win the trip. This question is important... to Billy. Here it is. In ancient Greece, what color hair was associated with prostitution?(buzzcode and answer, please)

(Leyla picks up the non-3s, places them back in the cup, and gets in position) OK. You know that if you get a Yahtzee, you'll get $10,000 cash *plus* $3,000 for the five threes, *plus* a $23,500 trip. That would give you a total of $58,700. (audience whoos) That's a lot of money. Leyla, roll those dice! (she does) (audience groans) Hoo boy..... it all comes down to this question. Audience, no help, please. What dinosaur's name is based on a Greek phrase meaning "Wing finger"?

Judge?
Judge: I'll accept the answer!
(audience cheers)
It's "pterodactyl", but the judge is giving it to you. Now, I assume you're not going to want to hold those non-threes. Is this correct?

(Leyla gets in position) All right. Billy, if you can roll one more three, your total will be huge. If you get three more threes, we'll tack on $10,000 to that, for a total of $58,700 today alone. That would give you a total of $109,300. Leyla, for $109,300..... roll those dice! (she does) NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! (audience groans loudly, and everyone is disappointed) (ZERO OUT) [ROLLS LEFT:] [ ][ ][ ][ ][ ]
[BILLY] [ANDREW] [$22,200] [$8,500]
[ ZERO ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [Small Straight] [ ] [Large Straight] [ ] [Yahtzee] [ ] [Chance]
Billy, like I said, you're still the winner with $22,200. You knew that going into this roll. Congratulations, we'll come back to you in a moment. Andrew, that was exciting, wasn't it? Did you have a good time?

It was, but you still have $22,000 from this game. That's not bad. Now, this is our third show, why don't you try explaining the rules of the bonus game? I want to see if you've been paying attention.

Ah yes, we start from picking a letter in the word YAHTZEE to find the amount of bonus money we're playing for, up to a hundred grand. Then we rack up rolls by answering questions for up to 5 rolls. Then we try to roll Yahtzee using the rolls we collected to win the loot!

That's right. (audience applauds) So, go ahead and pick a letter.

I'm doing the A this time.

And what's behind the A? (the video monitor reveals....) [Y] [$25,000] [H] [T] [Z] [E] [E]
$25,000! (audience cheers) (audience cheers) Now, that money will be yours if you roll a Yahtzee. Nothing else matters, all we want is a Yahtzee. Here's how it works. You start off with one roll, and you can earn up to four more by answering questions. Each one you get right is worth another roll. Now, if you can get a Yahtzee before you run out of rolls, we'll give you $25,000! (audience cheers) In addition, in a moment, I'll ask you to pick a number from 1-6. If you can build a Yahtzee in that number, then not only will you win the money, but we'll also give you this prize. Burton? ["ENERGY III" by Craig Palmer, no relation](Leyla poses by it) Burton: (VO) It's the 2016 Ford Mustang EcoBoost Premium Convertible! It comes with all the standard features plus these options: 6-speed automatic transmission, and the Pony Package! Furnished by Star Ford Lincoln! It's a prize worth..... $38,135! Good luck, Billy!Greg: That is a fabulous car, and I want you to win it. But first, we have to deal with these four questions. If you're right, you get another roll. If you're wrong, you don't. Now if you're ready, here we go! (the lights dim as this music starts up) At what US city did Bugs Bunny traditionally lament taking a left "toin"?
