I was going to say if you didn't get this question right, they won't let you back in France. Brother John is right and you get a block and $75. As you can see, CLEMENT, you are now one block away from being our new champ. What is your choice?

I don't blame you, KEVIN. You did it once, you could win another $10,000 in just a few minutes.
This was a very exciting show to me, because it would've gone either way to CLEMENT or KEVIN and CLEMENT, you were a fantastic contestant and it was a pleasure of you being here. You leave here with $100 and some nice consolation prizes and have a safe trip back to France. A nice hand for CLEMENT, everyone.

Let's do this!
Post by johnnyb on Oct 4, 2014 18:26:08 GMT -5
and now, we're going to face the SUPERBLOCKERS board together: Here's how we play our bonus game: The object is to go from column one to column seven in less than sixty seconds. You'll give me a column and a letter and if a question mark appears, that means that you have to answer a general knowledge question to win the block; if you are correct, you'll get the block and continue with column two and another letter, but, if you are wrong, you have to pick another letter. If you get a FREE square behind your pick, then it's an automatic block for you. No questions needed to be answered. However, if you get a red X square then you lose all the blocks that you have accumulated and you have to go back to column one. The first four columns are worth $250 apiece for a total of $1,000. The fifth column is worth $1,500; the sixth column $2,500. However, get all seven columns and it's $10,000 in cash for you. (AUDIENCE APPLAUSE) Here's how we are going to do the time clock: ONE second per pick TWO to FOUR seconds per question ONE second per answer or pass. ONE second per free square TWO seconds if X appears in columns 1 or 2; THREE seconds if X appears in columns 3, 4 or 5 and FOUR seconds if X appears in columns 6 and 7. Any questions, KEVIN?
