The noble gas that lights up.
XENON
It's taken until the 7th Monopoly, but we have a Monopoly in store for Clément rather than Greg:
KENTUCKY AVENUE INDIANA AVENUE ILLINOIS AVENUE
And we'll credit the value of it to your score.
MATT: $500
GREG: $4770
CLEMENT: $1180
The final monopoly's clues will have answers beginning with the letter G
Two sisters, fourteen weddings G

Guess is right! And no pries for guessing which Monopoly we're crediting you with.
ST CHARLES PLACE STATES AVENUE VIRGINIA AVENUE
MATT: $500
GREG: $4870
CLEMENT: $1820
And when we return, our contestants will have built properties on any Monopolies they happen to own, and the game moves from crossword clues to a trivia showdown. We'll be back after we pay our own bills.
[Fade to Commercials]
[Alright Clément and Greg, houses and hotels are $50 apiece, and the even-build rule applies. PM what houses/hotels you want building and where.]

[Fade in from Commercials]
Welcome back to Monopoly, where the scores look slightly different. This is due to Clément and Greg buying hotels across the whole board at $250 apiece, so we're looking at some big money in the aptly-entitled Big Money Round. The dice will be rolled and we'll travel the board, asking questions for the rent value. The owner of the Monopoly gets a risk-free crack, but if they're wrong, the other two have a chance to jump in and steal the rent.
MATT: $500
GREG: $870
CLEMENT: $320
We'll keep doing that until the closing bell sounds, and whoever has the most money at that point after all properties are sold will be the winner and attempt to go Around the Board for up to $50,000 more. The best of luck to all three of you, let's get the dice rolling.

We begin at
BALTIC AVENUE
Alright Burton, what're we looking at in terms of rent?
To kick us off Sam, $450
Alright Greg, you get first crack at this: Which U.S State has the largest state legislature in terms of members? New Hampshire, California or Pennsylvania?

I'll say California.

Correct, and you collect that rent! Incidentally, California was the smallest of those 3 state legislatures, I guess its the number of Congressmen that was the swayer there.
MATT: $950
GREG: $870
CLEMENT: $320

?CHANCE?
What's in store for us Burton?
You'll like this one gentlemen, ADVANCE TO THE NEAREST UTILITY
And with that we head to the Electric Company. I'll ask a question open to all three of you on the buzzer, and you'll earn $100 multiplied by the number we roll on the dice. Fingers on buzzers:
Which African country is entirely surrounded by South Africa?

^ I'm not sure if it would matter too much, but moving from the first Chance space on a U.S. Monopoly board to the nearest utility, you'd be on Electric Company, not Water Works.
