Saw that it was a photo finish. Must have been quite exciting! Has the Daytona 500 ever ended with a photo finish before? I'm none too schooled in the world of NASCAR.
I noticed too you mentioned Jeff Gordon was a commentator. Did he retire from driving? His name I recall being associated with NASCAR for a long time.

He had just started his new gig at FOX this year. Hamlin beat Martin Truex Jr by .011 seconds, the closest finish ever in Daytona 500 history.  |
