After 21 years in St. Louis, the Rams are on their way back to Los Angeles, the city that was their home from 1946 to 1994.

It makes me wonder when that will be effective. They don't have a stadium yet.

Effective this year 2016.  For their first three seasons, the Rams will call their former home, the Los Angeles Coliseum, home, until the new, state-of-the-art facility construction has been completed.
