Going on! Here's the question...
In 2004, Shania Twain recorded two versions of her hit song "Party for Two." The country version was a duet with Billy Currington, and the pop version was a duet with whom? Was it...Mark McGrath or Rob Thomas?

ME: Sounds like something he would do. Let's find out. Edgar, James says Mark McGrath sang with Shania. Did he?
EDGAR: Mark McGrath...he hosted "Don't Forget the Lyrics," right? (I respond that he did) James, you didn't forget that he also sang with Shania. You're right! (CLANG-CLANG-CLANG-CLANG-CLANG! Applause)
ME: Two-for-two, James! Right now, you have the bedding and the bumper pool table. Your next category is MOTOWN, and the prize is the Wii U package. Do you want to go for it, or quit?
(Audience yells suggestions)

He's going on! This is for the Wii U package and a shot at the bonus prizes. Listen carefully.
This 1970 Motown hit knocked the Beatles' "Let It Be" off the top of the pop charts and established The Jackson 5 as Motown superstars. Was the song..."I Want You Back" or "ABC"?

ME: Hahahaha! Edgar, James sings "ABC." What say you to that?
EDGAR: I think I'll sing along, too. Ahem...(singing) "ABC...Easy as 1, 2, 3...simple as do-re-mi, ABC, 1, 2, 3 gifts you got from me!" He's right! (CLANG-CLANG-CLANG-CLANG-CLANG!)
ME: Nicely done! That was a tricky one, as both songs were #1 hits for The Jackson 5 in 1970. Now, you have over $3,000 in gifts. One question to go, and it's for a grand prize. This time, the five remaining categories conceal some of the grand prizes you saw earlier. The category you choose determines the grand prize. Of course, you must answer the question, with NO CHOICES, to claim it and everything else. A wrong answer forfeits it all. So, I'll give you an opportunity to back out, and to sweeten the pot...(I reach into my coat pocket and pull out some cash)...I'll give you an extra $2,000 cash on top of your gifts. So, the choice is yours now. What'll it be? (Audience yells suggestions)
- Take over $5,000 cash and prizes and quit. - Go for it all (if you choose this, please choose your final category).

ME: OK. James has chosen to go on (Applause). Blake, please reveal what is behind BEFORE THEY WERE FAMOUS. BLAKE: Good luck, James. (She touches the screen. The camera zooms in on the screen as the category name fades....BONG!) (Audience oooohs at the sight of the screen as James gives a big smile) ME: The KIA SOUL! One answer away from it. Here is the question... Her first exposure to the country music business was selling t-shirts at Garth Brooks concerts while her husband worked the road crew. She would go on to have hits like "Blessed" and "This One's For The Girls" en route to becoming a multi-time CMA Award Winner for Female Vocalist of the Year. For better than $22,000 in prizes, including the Kia....who is this singer?

(Audience members give mixed reactions, some applaud, some don't)
ME: You seem pretty confident in that. If you're right, you've got the car, over $3,000 in prizes, and the $1,780 you won earlier. Edgar...he says the answer was Martina McBride. Is it?
EDGAR: James, you know there are many other great female country superstars out there today. You could've said Jo Dee Messina, or Lee Ann Womack, but you said Martina McBride. Well...
I'm glad you did! YOU WIN!
(Theme plays as James celebrates. Edgar's lights flash as Blake approaches James to hug him. I give James a hearty handshake.)
ME: You did it, James! Went for it all, and you got it all! Blake, you've got something to add, don't you?
BLAKE: I sure do. Congratulations, James, here are the keys to your new car! (Applause)
ME: Way to go, man! The great news, though, is that you're coming back tomorrow to do it all again. Your total, cash and prizes, is...
$24,055
ME: Can James do it again? We'll find out on another episode of "Fandango"! Until then, bye! Come on, James, let's check out your car!
(Blake and I escort James to the showcase of prizes as he checks out the Kia. Credits roll.)
EDGAR: The voice of Edgar is NOT.....Charlie Chase. We'll see you next time for another round of "Fandango"!
