I am going to host a pilot episode for SUPER PASSWORD.
I just posted an outline of some of the basic rules and changes being made to the game.
Once you read them over, I'd like to get 2 celebrities and 2 civilian contestants to participate in this pilot ep.
If it goes well, I may develop it into a series.
If I do any visuals, they may not be all that grandiose.
Best,
Bill

Fantastic!
I'm working on some visuals right now, but we'll start as soon as they are up and running.
James (jman806), is there a particular show or something you want credited to you when intros are done?

(Opening Theme)FRANK CALIENDO (AS GENE WOOD): "It's PASSWORD!"FRANK CALIENDO (AS GENE WOOD): "It's SUPER Password! Our special guests for today, from "Top Card", Joe Emerson!"(applause)FRANK CALIENDO (AS GENE WOOD): "And James Greek!"(cheering & applause continuing)FRANK CALIENDO (AS GENE WOOD): "And the host of Super Password... Bill McDee!"(cheering & applause)That's me! Hi Doll! That shout out of "Hi Doll!" was one that the star of Password, Allen Ludden, would often say when he came out on stage, addressing Betty White's mother. My "Hi Doll!" goes out to Betty herself! I don't mind telling you folks, I'm a tad nervous here! I've got some mighty big shoes to fill, Allen Ludden, Tom Kennedy, and Bert Convy. Might be difficult since I only have TWO feet! It's a delight to be presenting to you a revised version of "Super Password". This is your old favorite game of Password and puzzles and an exciting end game where one of our players might win $10,000 today! (cheering & applause)And here to help them to do so are today's special guests. It's my pleasure to welcome you Joe and you James to Super Password. Joe, you've been having quite a successful run with your program "Top Card". Here we'll be using words instead of playing cards. Are you ready for the challenge?

James Greek, it is very nice to have you here with us today to try to help our contestants win some virtual dough. Bring us up to date on what's new with you.

Back to the 90s, wow that makes me feel...well ANCIENT! But yes, 1990 was a quarter of a century ago already! I'll definitely want to check that out James. Now let's check out your partner, Dylan Downs. Dylan, what would you like for us and the viewing audience to know about you?

By day, I am an IT Technician; by night I'm a game show lover and an 80s junkie. I love Wheel of Fortune and the Price is Right. I love 80s music and TV shows, especially Dallas! I've been happily married for a little over a year to my beautiful wife.

Welcome aboard Dylan and good luck to you here today. We will be playing a series of word puzzles. The first player to solve a puzzle will win money. The first puzzle is worth $250, and each puzzle thereafter is worth $250 more. The first player to reach $1,000 or more wins the game and goes on to Alphabetics where they can win up to $10,000! (applause)In order to have a chance to solve a puzzle, you first have to solve a password. Each password is a clue in the puzzle. The answer to the puzzle can be a person, a place, a thing, a title, fictional characters, virtually anything under the sun. In fact one of the puzzles could even BE the sun someday! For this first $250 puzzle, our stars, Joe and James will be giving the clues. (I will send a private message to you both with it)...

(handing the word to James and Joe) FRANK CALIENDO (as Gene Wood): The Password is... (DING)Usually the challenger goes first. Since this is our first show, the player and celeb who signed on first will go first, so the arrow is to you Joe. One word clues only, no contractions, no hyphenated words such as forty-niner for example either. If a clue is deemed illegal, you'll hear a sound that will tell you our judge deemed it as such. Okay Joe, see if you can get your partner Raymond to say that Password.

(ding ding ding, applause)Well played gentlemen! We put "BUTTER" on the board... Raymond, you and you alone may offer a solution to the puzzle with that one clue up there. One new addition to our game, if a contestant or his celebrity partner ever solves a puzzle with just 1 clue showing, that contestant will win a $500 bonus, not affecting the score of the game. Raymond, what is your guess?

I can understand that logic. Let's ask. Is it "COW"? buzz...No it's not, but didn't hurt to try to guess. Next passwords being submitted to Joe and James...
