No amount of words, either secular or spiritual, can even begin to express the heartache and heartbreak that I feel this day, to the victims of the senseless murdering of 9 God-loving people in Charleston, South Carolina.
No amount of words, again either secular or spiritual, could begin to express my feelings of such a dispicable person doing such an act as this. That a young man could be filled with such evil, such complete and utter hatred toward others is downright chilling to me. And while this appears this was much more racially based than religiously based, this was terrorism.
From what my wife shared with me, this young man's father got his son a gun as a birthday present. This is beyond disheartening and sickening.
To the good people of Emanuel A.M.E. Church, to the surviving family members, I hurt for you and with you at this callous and most hateful act, and offer my deepest and most heartfelt condolences to them all.

I am scared to death as well as you Bill. And what is worse about this, they can even keep guns out of the wrong hands. I also feel bad for those people nine innocent people that were shot.
SUPPLEMENTAL: The shooter is still alive and faces his first day in court.

To add to your supplemental Darion, the family members of the victims all talked with the shooter face to face, and they ALL forgave him.
Psalm 23 sums it up best with respect to your fears, my fears, and everybody else's fears...
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
