(doubles sfx) There's an eight. First off, an insurance marker for you. (I hand James a marker) Now, how do you want to clear the eight?

Let's get the 5 and 3 off the board.
1 2 X 4 X 6 7 X X
$2,000 now and all rolls are still good, so go again James.

4 comes off.
1 2 X X X 6 7 X X
(I hand James a marker) Another double means another marker. You have two of those now, along with $2,500. Bad rolls are 4,5,11 and 12; go again.

There's a four, and I will need an insurance marker. (James hands me a marker) You still have one marker left; roll again.

6 and 2 come off.
1 X X X X X 7 X X
Now James, listen very carefully to what I'm about to say next. If you roll that eight again, you'll win another $25,000. But I will also remind you that you want to be careful that you don't have the 1 as the only number left on the board. With that in mind, pick up those dice and good luck to you on this roll.

That's a nine, and I will need your last marker. (James hands me his marker) Last chance to roll an eight, James. Good luck on this roll.

(Back to the studio) We're back, and for the second day in a row, James has won the $25,000. James, is there anything going through your mind right now after winning the 25 grand for a second straight day?

I'm glad you're excited, James. But before we go any further, let's recap your winnings. Your two day total is now up to $57,865 cash and prizes, and now comes the best part. We are now going to reveal who the top two scorers of the season are. A reminder that those same two people will be playing for $100,000. One of those two people is on stage right now, and that is James Greek. James was the top overall scorer this season, and if you include what he won today, his total winnings this season come out to $244,039. The second highest scoring player this year was Matt Riggenberg, with a total of $123,330. So that means that on tomorrow's show, James Greek and Matt Riggenberg will go head to head for a chance to win $100,000 in the Big Numbers. We're going to say good bye, but tomorrow's show should be quite exciting and we hope you'll join us. So long, everyone. (1987 closing theme; Fade out) Mods, this episode can go to the archives
