James thinks it's higher. (ding) The actual number of second grader who said that they have overheard their parents fighting with each other is: 36 of them. (TPIR perfect bid sfx) Matt, you got it exactly right! Audience, count up all these bills with me as I hand them to Matt. You folks at home can count with us too. (Matt holds out his hand as I place the bills in his hand one at a time) One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Eight. Nine. Ten. Ten hundred dollar bills for you, Matt. Use them wisely. Now Matt, you're in control of the cards with an eight. Play it or change it?

A smart move to change that eight. It is now..................another eight (8S). You must call off this one Matt, so what'll it be?

If it's lower, you win game number one. It is.............................another eight(8C; buzzer). So close and yet so far, but you're not out of this yet. James, we come to you now with the eight and you must play it. What's your call?

Lower than the eight...........another eight (8H; buzzer) Well, this is certainly getting exciting here. Okay players, this is our fourth and final question and that means one of you has to win on this next play of the cards. James, this next question goes to you and we go back to our group of ten teenagers for this one. Before the show, we asked these teenagers if they have ever cheated on an exam. James, how many of them said that they have cheated on an exam?

In other words, you're saying 9 of them. (ding) Matt, is the actual number higher or lower than 9?

We don't need a percentage James. Just a number

Okay, through PM, James says all 10 of them have cheated on an exam. (ding) Well Matt, you can't go higher than that since there's nothing higher than ten in an audience poll. Therefore, you can only go lower but I'll let you say it to make it official. (James, give me your answer in the game thread in future please)

(ding) And there we go. The actual number of these teenagers who said that they have cheated on an exam is.............................1 of them. (ding ding ding) Very interesting. I thought it would have been more than that but I digress. All right, which one of you is the guilty party? (Second kid from the right in the bottom row raises her hand) I see. I'm assuming you got in a lot of trouble for that. Kid: I did, big time. I ended up getting an F and had to do the exam over again without cheating after everyone else had done theirs. Me: As for me, I have never cheated. All right, thank you kids. Okay Matt, you have an eight showing here. You can play off the eight or change it, or you can pass control to James. What do you want to do?

He is changing the eight. It is now...................................can you believe this? It's another eight! (8H) I don't think I've ever seen this before. Well Matt, if there's any good news from this, it's that there are no more eights left in your deck for this game. However, you must play off of this particular eight. How do you want to call it?

For the game, and that Nintendo Wii U package, lower than an eight......................a seven (7H). And Matt has won the first game! (CS 1978 game win sfx) I tell you, this man is on a roll here. Another $1,000 for you for winning that game. And there's also the matter of a Nintendo Wii U bundle. Listen to Rich as he tells you all about it. Rich: Matt, you've won the Wii U deluxe bundle. Comes with 32 GB Wii U system, rechargeable gamepad as well as 10 fun and exciting games to play on the system including Super Mario 3D World, Nintendo Land and the newest Wii U release, Splatoon. You'll have hours of fun with this fun bundle from Nintendo. Retail value: $1,125. Me: That's a pretty good prize, Matt. In that first game alone, you won a total of $3,125 cash and prizes. We need a time out to recover from that game one excitement, but we'll come back for game two so stay right there. (Fade to commercial)

(Back to the studio) Welcome back to Card Sharks everyone. Matt leads the match one game to none, so James needs this one to force a tiebreaker. The cards were reset and reshuffled for both players during the break and they are now loaded in and ready to go for this second game. Now, I happen to be a fan of the TV series The Simpsons and our producers know that. Therefore, they put me on the spot before the show and asked me to name as many Simpsons characters as I could within 20 seconds. Matt, how many of them do you think I was able to name?

I'm a Simpsons fan myself. I think you can name 29.

James thinks it's higher. (ding) All right, what we're going to do is we're going to roll the tape of me listing off as many Simpsons characters as possible before going on the air and then we'll have our answer. Roll tape! (cue shot of me standing on the stage prior to the show listing off Simpsons characters) Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, Maggie, Flanders, Rod, Todd, Principal Skinner, Groundskeeper Wille, Mr. Burns, Mr. Smithers, Dr. Hibbert, Reverend Lovejoy, Apu, Moe, Chief Wiggum, Mayor Quimby, Patty, Selma, Disco Stu, Santa's Little Helper, Otto, Lenny, Carl, Barney, Krusty The Clown, Kent Brockman (buzzer) (cut back to me with Matt and James) Well, I was certainly able to list off a lot there wasn't I? Anyway, as we see from the tape, I was able to list off 28 of them. (ding ding ding) You were right in the ballpark there, Matt. James, you get control to start off this second game, and you're beginning with...............................a two (2S)! Play it or change it?
