Sadly in the news I know there's been many places in our nation that does not even charge people now who steal anything that totals under $1,500.
With runaway inflation being as it is, coupled with crippling unemployment, I'll say 21 percent have done so.

I am not entirely sure if vaping or the e-cigarette is more expensive than regular tobacco cigarettes or not.
As the question says though all 100 of these people do actually vape or use e-cigarettes, so the question is do they ever revert back to regular cigarettes.
I know for a fact that regular cigarettes are quite addicting so I don't know that too too many would want to vape, I'll say 38 though.
