Once again, Michael has emerged victorious and has just $2,200 short of $200,000. He needs two new opponents to try to dethrone him. Who's in?
Michael, please check in. Challengers, you can play if you did not participate in Episodes 3 or 4.
Who's ready to step up to the challenge?

Once I get confirmation that Michael is back from his suspension (i.e., he posts anywhere else), we'll begin.

I have not seen any evidence of Michael's return. Therefore, I will give him until EOD Sunday to check back in. If he doesn't do so, I'll suspend his reign and take a replacement. That said, I need one replacement. If Michael does show, the replacement will have an automatic spot in Episode 6.

Michael confessed to cheating in many of the games in which he participated. Therefore, I revoke his championship and his winnings. Although he announced that he is never returning to these forums, in the event that he does, he is banned from my games for cheating and for his sour attitude.
Therefore, we will wipe the slate clean and open up a third spot to ANYONE, even if you played the last 2 episodes.
Who's up for the challenge?

Awesome! John, Clement, and Bill in 3...2...1...
(Main theme plays)
Don Morrow: This is John, from Florida. This is Clement, from France. This is Bill, from Pennsylvania. These three contestants will battle it out for a chance to make a fortune as they are...
THE CHALLENGERS!
(Applause)
And now, here's the Master of the Challenge, Jonathan Darrall! (I walk out to more applause)
Me: Thanks, Don! For those of you who were wondering about the absence of our champion, I have some heavy-hearted news to report. Our contestant coordinator and compliance official both caught Michael backstage engaging in some unsportsmanlike and unfair behavior. Since he violated the rules of the game, we must disqualify him and revoke his winnings, which totaled nearly $200,000, which we will donate to a worthwhile cause instead.
But, gentlemen, let's not dwell on the past, shall we? The rules of the game are simple: you'll go through two rounds, outwagering, outwitting, and outmanuevering each other to rack up as much money as you can. The Final Challenge will decide the game, as always, and anyone who wins three games in a row qualifies for the Ultimate Challenge, in which a player can win $100,000! For now, we'll deposit $500 into your Capital One bank accounts (BONG!). Remember that a right answer adds money, but a wrong answer will take it away. Since we have no champion, we'll simply go to the player who registered first, and that's John. Have a look at the video wall, and please choose from these six subjects.

(CLANGA-CLANGA-CLANGA!) Please PM me one of these three categories, and the outcome will determine who gets what question. Remember, the more valuable, the harder the question (BONG-BONG-BONG!).

Everyone is locked in. Here are the choices.
JOHN ($500): COKE BOTTLES for $500 CLEMENT ($500): BEER BOTTLES for $300 BILL ($500): COKE BOTTLES for $500
Two Cokes and a beer for our players. Clement, you get the $300 question, and it's all to yourself.
Dos Equis, Carlsberg, Stella Artois, and Heineken beers are all traditionally sold in what color bottles?

Correct for $300! John and Bill, step up to the $500 challenge (Please PM me a buzz code only from 1-100, no answers, please. If you don't know, simply PM "Pass" and you won't get penalized).
A Coke bottle thrown out of an airplane window at the feet of a Kalahari Bushman sparks a chain of hilariously unlikely events in this 1980 international hit comedy. Give me the five-word title of this film.

They certainly can be! That's the right answer! (Applause) Funny movie, by the way, and spawned many sequels. John takes the early lead with $1,000, Clement with $800, and Bill with $500. Since John won the most money on the last subject, he gets to choose the next one. John, what's your pleasure?

(CLANGA-CLANGA-CLANGA!) In these questions, I'll describe actors who have played real people, and you name the person they played. Choose your profession (BONG-BONG-BONG!).

Here are the choices.
JOHN ($1,000): AN ATHLETE for $300 CLEMENT ($800): AN ATHLETE for $300 BILL ($500): AN ATHLETE for $300
(WHOOP-WHOOP-WHOOP! Audience applauds as screens flash) Hey! A triple! That means two things: first, we'll double each category's value...
AN ATHLETE for $600 A SINGER for $800 AN ARTIST for $1,000
...then, I'll pose the chosen question as a toss-up. Whoever is correct on it gets to attempt either or both of the other two, in an attempt to add more money. Gentlemen, step up to the $600 Challenge.
David Alan Grier on Broadway in 1981, Blair Underwood on TV in 1996, and Chadwick Boseman in 2013, all portrayed what barrier-breaking baseballer?

You're right! (Applause) You're now in the lead with $1,100. You can add up to $1,800 more by attempting either or both of the others, unopposed. Stumble along the way, and you lose the money for that question only. You can back out if you want to avoid the risk. Decision time, Bill, what do you want to do? (Audience yells suggestions)
- Try A SINGER for $800. - Try AN ARTIST for $1,000. - Choose another subject.

Very well, it's early on, and you've protected your lead. Now, we'll try TV NOSTALGIA: THE DICK VAN DYKE SHOW (CLANGA-CLANGA-CLANGA!). That's our Who, What, or Where question for this episode, and that's the order (BONG-BONG-BONG!).
WHO? for $300 WHAT? for $400 WHERE? for $500

Quite all right...we're in.
JOHN ($1,000): WHO? for $300 CLEMENT ($800): WHO? for $300 BILL ($1,100): WHO? for $300
(WHOOP-WHOOP-WHOOP! Applause, screens flash) By golly, we did it again! Let's double the dollars!
WHO? for $600 WHAT? for $800 WHERE? for $1,000
This question is for $600 and the right to try for up to $1,800 more. Step up to the challenge...
On this classic sitcom, Dick Van Dyke played TV comedy writer Rob Petrie. What actress "made it after all" as Rob's wife, Laura?
