All the wagers are in, so we shall proceed. (Back to the studio) Movie Villains is the subject for Final Jeopardy! today, and here is the clue. (ding) THIS STAR RECEIVED AN OSCAR NOMINATION FOR HIS ROLE AS CIVIL WAR-ERA CRIME BOSS BILL "THE BUTCHER" CUTTING. Good luck, players. (second version of 1997 Final Jeopardy! think music) Dan, Matt and Bill, the three of you have 48 hours from now to PM your Final Jeopardy! responses to me. Please be sure that your response is phrased in the form of a question.

Don't worry Bill, I have yours and Dan's. I just need Matt's response, but I'll allow him a little extra time due to his trip.

All the responses are in, so it's time to find out who the winner of this game is. (Think music ends) All right players, time's up. Let's see what the three of you were able to come up with as a response. Dan, we will begin with you. Your response was: "What is Gangs Of New York?". The clue was looking for the name of the actor, not the name of the film. So you are incorrect, and you will lose: $1,500. That takes you down to $2,800 as we come to Matt. What was his response? (Matt's response is shown as "Who is ?") Couldn't come up with anything, so you will lose money also. Let's see how much. (Matt's wager is shown) $4,900. That takes you all the way down to $0 as we come to Bill, who could not be caught. Your response, sir. Bill: "Since I am tremendously horrible at movie trivia, and I have zero clue, my question is..."
(on my monitor) Who is BaBaBooey? Me: Well, sometimes taking a guess doesn't hurt. It does in this case, however, because that too is incorrect. Gangs of New York was the movie of course. The Oscar nominated actor in question, and this will probably surprise everybody, is Daniel Day-Lewis. What did that response cost you? (Bill's wager is shown) $1,599. You are left with $9,801 but that score is irrelevant because we're bumping that up to $15,000. (audience applauds) Dan and Matt, your charities will each receive $10,000 but the American Heart Association will be getting a check for $15,000 courtesy of our winner today, Bill McDee. I hope we get to do another celebrity show soon because this was a lot of fun. (1992 closing theme) Thanks for tuning in this evening, folks. So long.
