(fade into applause) And here we are once again with George Cluster, the champ who keeps on winning! George, we're going to present you with a newly and freshly shuffled deck of 56 playing cards, a standard deck plus 4 Jokers in the mix. Please select any number higher than 0 but lower than 56 to cut the cards at this time.

Thank you George. Now as you know you'll be playing a maximum of 7 hands, one at a time, and the cards from your deck will be the ones we deal up to determine whether that card will fit your split or not. The splits you'll form from this gameboard. 13 numbers, the cards 2 through Ace each appear there and each is there only once. You'll see on the board how many picks you have for each hand, however, should you get a split that's not very good, or if you want to try to improve it, you can use one Bonus Draw. We give you three automatically, and now you have a chance to add one or two more. Behind one of the 4 corner suits we have 2 Bonus Draw tokens, behind another 1, and behind 2 of the suits is a sad face. Please select any suit George.

And with the Diamond we have... One Bonus Draw, giving you a total of 4. Remember you may use one and only one Bonus Draw per hand, but if you can, try to hold off using them as long as you can so you will have them more readily available to you as we get later into the game. Level one, 3 hands maximum, start you with $300 of new money to bet with. Level 2 another $600 of new money to wager with. Minimum bets are $50 and you must bet in $50 increments each time until the last hand, the Major Wager, where we will stake you to another $1,000 and you must bet at least half of your dollars. Remember during the first six hands of play, a tie wins for you. For the Major Wager, a tie is a push, meaning neither a win nor a loss EXCEPT if we turn up an Ace or a 2 from the deck that you cut. Those two cards WILL lose you your wager. But to help you out, we have 4 jokers in your deck. Any time a joker is dealt up, regardless of the amount of your wager, we will automatically double your score for you PLUS...if a joker turns up during the last hand of play, we will also add a growing jackpot to your total. And today that Joker Jackpot is worth: $33,000 in cash! So the potential to win as much as $83,000 here George! Good luck, let's give him $300 please. And as was determined during the match, this first hand you have a total of 5 picks from our board of 13, which 5 do you want George?

2, 4, 6, 8, 10.

And you have drawn... A 5, a 6, a 7, a ten and an 8. Almost a straight, but that's not much help with this game. Right now George that gives you a 10 high/5 low split. Do you want to keep that split or use a bonus draw here to try to widen that split?

Use a bonus draw with 12.

And you ended up with... A 4, so a slightly better split to work with. Any card from a 4 up to a 10 will win for you, or a Joker of course. How much of your $300 are you going to wager on this hand George?

All $300.

Oh boy! Swingin' for the fences already! For double or nothing, does his top card fit this split Witney? It does! Whew! About the only pity with that hand George was that the Bonus Draw would not have been needed there, but of course we have no way of knowing that. Hand 2 now, 4 picks this time, going with 2, 4, 6 and 8?

Yes sir.

Nothing odd about wanting even numbers! A 6, a Jack, a 3 and a 7. So as it stands now George, your split would be Jack high and 3 low. There are 9 cards left on the board, 4 of them would improve your split, 5 of them won't. Do you want to use a bonus pick here or leave the split as is?

I am using a bonus pick with #10.

Trying to widen that split... A Queen makes the split slightly better! George, only an Ace, a King or a 2 would lose for you now. How much of your $600 do you wish to wager?

All $600.

The whole she'bang! Pot Limit again. Does he double up to $1,200 Witney? Oh my! Yes with our long lost friend, one of those elusive Jokers! Doing just dandy George. This hand only 3 picks, let's hope you find the Ace and the Deuce. 2, 4 and 6?

That's most kind, and I figured that was why, not because you were imitating Marcie from the Peanuts gang A 4, a 5 and a 9. Not the greatest split there with a 4 low and a 9 high. Do you want to expend another bonus draw to try to improve that George?

|
Post by bighornbattle on Sept 9, 2023 7:23:14 GMT -5
Yes sir. With #8.

#8 has... A 10, so you improved your split a tiny bit. 10 high, 4 low, seven cards will win for you plus if one of the three remaining Jokers turns up, six cards will lose you this hand George. $1,200 you have, what is your wager that the next card will fit this split?
|
|
|

All $1200.

You will go into hand #4 with $3,000 total if this next card is higher than a 3 and lower than a Jack... The card is a... FIT! A 9! $1,200 pot limit doubles to $2,400, plus another $600 of betting money as we move up to level 2. George Cluster is trying to "Norma Brown" us here. Hand #4, 4 picks this time George. Which numbers would you like?
|
|
|

2, 4, 6, 8.

And you have... OH YEAH!!!!!!! NO decision to be made here! To make it official, let's double his money to $6,000 after we see this next card... Fantastic! And since that last Bonus Draw token was not needed, it will now carry up to Hand #5, just 3 picks from the board this time George, plus that bonus draw should you want or need it. Select 3 numbers please.

And that will get for you... (groans) no help I'm afraid... Ten high, 3 low split to work with George. You have $6,000. How much do you want to wager on this hand?
