I would tend to believe that would be a relatively low number of doctors who would say NO.
I thankfully have never experimented with recreational drugs but had a cousin who did and who died as a result.
I would think marijuana while giving a nice "high" might eventually not pack the same wallop for consistent users, and that would lead them to want to try something more potent.
I'd say no more than 20 doctors said "No".
