I think that there is far more technology today than ever severely impacts children, especially with social skills.
I'd say that's a relatively high number about 71

I myself have done so and am not hung up in admitting so either.
I think overall though the male of the species tends not to cry as often nor gets moved to tears as often, and I think even fewer might be inclined to admit having done so.
I'll say 26.
