Well one might think at first glance hearing "executive" would imply that he is wealthy and that his wife would not need to work.
Additionally the "housewife" mindset seems far less than ever, as evidenced by the landscape of modern daytime television.
I imagine a good amount of executives have wives who work, quite possibly with them, which is the case of my employer.
I'll say 64.

I feel that nowadays, there’s more women employed in the workforce, regardless of the occupation of their husband. I feel that women would want to try and make more money for their family, even though their husband is in a big position, so I’ll say higher

That's a toughy. I say 22 also! No I know I can't do that.
On the one hand, it seems there's so much more tolerance today, and business owners do want to make money, regardless of how well or how poorly the economy is doing.
On the other hand, rules are rules and restaurants are required to adhere to very strict standards of cleanliness.
I think restaurant owners would fear other customers might complain and/or report such a violation being tolerated by said owner, therefore I will go lower.
