Well friends, it's time to conclude the half. It's the Speed Round! *cheers* Before we start, here's the scores as it stands:  Nels, our champion, is in last place with $90. Mike is in second place with $102, and Kevin is our leader with $132. Questions can now be worth as much as $25, but we'll do this differently, to the tune of TKO:One a player buzzes in, a random cash value from $5 up to $25 will appear on the screen, that'll serve as the question value for this round, since this round is played fairly quickly. Once the amount is set, the player tells me where the letter goes on the board, as we have been doing, and a correct answer earns the money for that question. A wrong answer however deducts the question value from the player's bank. We can give away as much as $250 for this go-round! Whoever is in the lead after these 10 questions is the champion for this game. Now...since we're all ready...let's put 10 credits on the countdown clock and show the puzzle board:*ding* |
