 Okay Nels, here we are to play our magnificent STRIKE IT RICH Bonus Game. We've made a few little changes to it. Now all 9 of those boxes are in play every time. For most of the game, there will be 3 dollar signs, three question marks, and three X's on the board. An X equals a strike and we don't want those. We want dollar signs. If you can score 5 dollar signs either by uncovering them, or by answering a question correctly, you will win the bigger money. The top payoff here is $25,000. If you get 4 dollar signs, then the rules will change slightly but we'll talk about that if and when the time comes. (And if not I'll explain it afterward) For now Nels, I need you to choose a row and a color:  Each of these 12 electronic envelopes contain cash awards. They range from as little as $500 all the way up to $1,250. Please select top, middle or bottom, and a color Nels. This will determine how much money your first dollar sign will be worth. |

History repeats itself. Immanuel started with that one too.  Oh good! $1,250, the top dollar amount! Un Now we have three dollar signs up here, three question cards and three strikes. After each turn the information will be covered up and reshuffled. Uncover a dollar sign and $1,250 will go into the pot. Uncover a question mark and you will have to answer a question of your choosing correctly to earn a dollar sign. Uncover a red X and that will mean strike 1. You want to avoid those strikes at all cost. If you score 5 dollar signs before you hit even 1 strike, we will add $20,000 to your pot. If you score 5 dollar signs with just 1 strike found, $15,000, and with 2 strikes, $10,000. Lastly, if your first 5 turns all reveal a dollar sign, not only will you win the $20,000 on top of your pot total, but you'll also drive home in a brand new Cadillac valued at over $80,000! So you can REALLY Strike It Rich if your intuition is really good! Nels, please select a row (top, middle or bottom) and then select either STRIKE, IT, or RICH and GOOD LUCK! |
