I think no one tries to get into a wreck on purpose or on accident. For the most part (except for a few crazies) tries to be careful. I am going to say lower.

This is an interesting question. I feel that society at least for the MZ generation is a bit more transient that it was a few decades ago. Some want to be able/or have to move too. However, when a person decides to buy, They are planing either to stay put or use it as an investment. I am going to say it’s going to be a middling number again: 49.
