Welcome back to The Price is Right Million Dollar Spectacular! We gave away one very nice prize over the first three pricing games, let's try to improve upon that over the next three! Before we do that though, I need Mr. Boland to help us out by filling in this vacancy in Contestant's Row. Paul, can you help us out with that?

Well that's true enough and you guys have been in the Finals six of the last 8 times so the Warriors are truly the team to beat nowadays in the NBA. Best of luck to you in 2023 as you try to secure yet another championship! - (audience claps)

I have never seen the game when it first was broadcasted but I think the game goes like this. You need to keep more than you give away: I have to choose which item is more expensive and keep that one. If my total in the keep column is more than the give column, I will have a new electric grill at my house.

Indeed and I would say a $72 margin of victory in the Give or Keep game is probably a record - where is Roger Dobkowitz with the record book when you need him?! - (audience chuckles and begins to clap as the music cues while I shake Kourtney's hand)

Welcome back to our Million Dollar Spectacular! Before we go any further, we need to pause here and acknowledge what is a very special day. It has been 66 years since this man first appeared on television and that medium was only the better for it. Beginning with almost 20 years of hosting duties on Truth or Consequences that first started on December 31, 1956 he followed that up with an incredible 35 years hosting what in my mind, along with Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy, are the 3 greatest game shows of all time. I am of course referring to The Price is Right.
Here is one of my favorite episodes of all-time with the man doing what he always did - shining the light on the contestant rather than himself.
We all know though that he is the real star of The Price is Right!
A very special Happy 99th Birthday to the one and only Bob Barker!
