I don't think a lot of people would try to use that policy, nor would most companies allow it. But there are a lot of people these days that try to do that, and cause chaos, thus I'll say higher.

Some may have. I remember when I was little my father coached a football team and he had been playing in various sports all his life. I think that’s how a lot of them get started so I’m going higher.
