Chris now has the highest bid of $1,201. *ding* The actual retail price of the gaming package is... Fifteen hundred forty-four dollars! That is Chris's gaming package! *cod cue, dings, cheers* Mr. Chambers, you came to the stage at the right time. Look at what you can win! George: A new car!*car cue, cheers*
Explore the 2022 Chevrolet Camaro - a sports car that pushes the limits of both on-road performance and style with a refined, driver-centric interior. Options include automatic transmission, front wheel drive, a bluetooth stereo system, carpeted floor mats, and more! The Chevy Camaro!
Chris, you'll be playing the Card Game. Your job is to come as close to the actual retail price of the car as possible without going over. You'll give your bids with a standard deck of playing cards. I'll explain those in a moment, but first I have a special deck of cards, there are some that say $1,000, some say $2,000, some say $3,000, but one says $5,000! Whatever card you pull is how close you have to be within the actual retail price of the car without going over. Pick a card please. (Chris, please pick a number from 1-7 to simulate a card grab)

*Chris grabs a card* $2,000
Ooh, the $2,000 card. Not bad, but it does add pressure. You have to come within $2,000 of the actual retail price of the car without going over in order to win it. Now, cut this deck of regular playing cards. *Chris gives the deck a cut* These cards were pre-shuffled under the watchful eyes of CBS Standards and Practices, pre-cut and were sealed in a locked office until this commercial break. These secret-but-normal cards are how you'll be bidding on that car. Pull a numbered card and we'll multiply that number by $100 and add it to your bid. Face cards are all worth $1,000 and aces are wild. You can make them any number you wish. To start, and to make the game go quicker, we'll start you off with a bid of $15,000. *ding* Good luck, remember only stop once you think you're within $2,000 of the actual retail price of the car. Pick a card. (Chris, please pick a number from 1-52 inclusive to simulate a card grab)

*applause* Set his bid to $35,000 please. *ding* If the price of the car is between $35,000 and $37,000, you win. The actual retail price of the car is... $34,633.
*long buzz, audience groans, losing horns* How close can you be? Over by $367 on just one card. Chris, I'm sorry, but we will give you a shot to be in the showcases. Stick around! *theme, applause* Hey, that's one half down. When we return, the all-important second half will commence. Stay with us! George: Stay tuned for more pricing games and the fabulous showcases which are coming up...on the second half of The Price is Right!*fade to commercial*

(Will update this later, but I'm just going to use the 2 "losers" of the first showcase showdown and give them a second chance. We'll continue tonight) Yes, I like this idea! I strongly suggest you use this method from now on, if four games have been played and there are less than nine people waiting to be called down.

We call this the redemption half, we're about to call someone back from the first half who lost the showcase showdown to give them a second chance. Who's the lucky contender, George? George: Matt Ringgenberg! Come on down! You're the next contestant on The Price is Right! *cod cue, cheers* Welcome back, Matt. Hopefully you'll have better luck this time around. Nice prize about to come around, on The Price is Right train! *train whistles, prize cue* George: It's a drawer chest!Timeless romantic style indulges in an exotic feel, delivering a classic look ideal for casual bedrooms. By Currey and Company, this white three-drawer accent chest features a Cerused white finish over white oak construction and adjustable glides for perfect positioning. Geometric accenting on each soft-close door plays up the 1960s motif that makes this a well-rounded choice.
First bidder is "new-comer", Matt. *audience shouts suggestions*
