The 8!

The eight it is. Let's take that off the board.
X 4 9 X X X 1 X X
And we're down to three numbers left on the board, so control is very important. What two Pokemon can you use as a fighter in Nintendo's original Super Smash Bros. game?

Pikachu and Charizard.

Oh, you only got part of it. While Pikachu can indeed be used in the original Smash Bros., Charizard cannot. The second of two Pokemon that you can use in the original game is Jigglypuff. James, you only have 4,5,9 and 10 left as good numbers. Roll or pass? (Just to clarify, the question was referring to the Nintendo 64 version of Super Smash Bros., which is why Charizard is an incorrect answer)

(It's fine, you said it was the original version. Still kicking myself because I was about to put Jigglypuff down before I switched it.)

Kevin, you need to roll one of the four numbers I mentioned to stay in this. Good luck with this roll, Kevin.

It's a five! We can take that off the board via the 4 and the 1.
X X 9 X X X X X X
And in the process, you've cleared off columns one and two. That means if you win this round, you will win the trip to Hawaii as well as that car Rich described earlier. Last question of round two right now, gentlemen. In kilometers, what is the total area of Norway?

No, it's 385,252. You were in the ballpark though, James. Kevin, you have an important decision to make here. The only number left on the board is the 9. Roll the dice or pass it to James?

It's a three. (bad roll sfx) Kevin, you've tied up the match! (game win sfx) The trip to Hawaii is yours, Kevin, along with that car. We'll be back for our deciding game right after this. (Fade to commercial)

(Back to the studio) That motorscooter is still sitting in column three waiting to be won. We'll see if that happens in this round, but in the meantime, we have two new prizes to put on the board for the first two columns. Rich, what's in there this time? Rich: In column one, a new home gym. The Bowflex home gym comes with compact treadclimber as well as a 55 inch LED HDTV with DTS studio, web browser, steaming media portal and stainless steel fridge that can hold 126 bottles. Retail value: $7,298. Me: And what do we have in column two? Rich: In column two, a pizza oven. This wood-fire pizza oven includes adjustable shelf. Total value: $3,047. Me: And with the motorscooter still in the third column, the total value of the board in this round is $13,390. Let's put the numbers up there.
8 4 7 3 5 2 9 1 6
Column two is the hot column now. Knock out all three numbers there and you could wind up with that pizza oven. What 1987 film predicted that the Chicago Cubs would win this year's World Series?

6 and 2 it is.
8 4 7 3 5 X 9 1 X
And here comes our next question. In the 1970s animated version of Charlotte's Web, who provided the voice of Charlotte?

And here's our next question. What Super Nintendo game features the red spot in the 7 Up logo?
