An all-new episode of Scrabble is now live!
David Barkow is our current champion. In just one day, he has a total of $26,200. Right now, I'm looking for an opponent to play against the champion in part 1.
And I'm also looking for 2 additional players for part 2.
The winner of part 1 will play the Sprint Challenge. And the winner of part 2 will try to beat the winner's record in the Sprint Challenge.
The winner of the challenge will be playing the Scrabble Jackpot Tiles round for a chance to win up to $150,000.

Well, I am a cashier at national sub sandwich shop. I love playing mock game shows, listening to music, learning languages. (Spanish and Korean). I also like collecting stationery products and cigar boxes.

Oh well... good luck, Dave. And since David is our champion... Kourtney will be going first. Let's play SCRABBLE.(intro music)We'll play the game until someone gets three words right. That player goes on to the Scrabble Sprint, and have a chance at the Scrabble Jackpot Tiles which is now worth up to $150,000! (cheers and applause)(doors open)Take a look at the board, as we set up for our first round. We're building on the letter T. 7 letters in the word. (word outlines, hums)The clue is-- It uses armed forces.The rest of the letters in the word are controlled by the numbered tiles. When you put them in the slot, you'll see what the letters are. But be careful, we put three stoppers in there, and if you hit any of the stoppers, (meaning the letter is not in the word), this is what you're gonna hear, (stopper sounds) and you'll lose your turn. BTW, we've added something new to this game-- If a letter lands on a plain square, we'll add $25 to the pot. If a letter lands on the blue square, we'll add $500 to the pot. And if a letter lands on a pink square (which could be shown later in this portion) we will add $1,000 to the pot. If you buzz in and give me the correct word, you win the pot... and the money is yours regardless of the outcome of the game. Kourtney... if you're ready, please select two tiles. |
