You got it! *1989 Puzzle Solve Cue* Padded your lead by an additional $300, making your total $6,700 now... However, we have time for another round. So, let's load in a new puzzle and get to it... *puzzle reveal chimes* *out of time bells* The category for this one is THINGS. However, we don't have a whole lot of time to play this one, so I'll give the wheel a final spin... *spins the wheel* I'll ask you for a letter and if it's in the puzzle, you'll have two chances (or 48 hours) to solve it. Vowels are worth nothing, consonants are worth... oh my... $5,000*loud cheers and applause* Woah! Talk about a great final spin! Obviously, every letter very important and it's still anybody's game. Nels, it's round five so you'll start. We need a letter, please.

*1989 Puzzle Solve Cue* *cheers and applause* Don't scare us like that! *light laughter* I'm only kidding, we allow our players two chances to solve and you got it! That speed-up round was worth $10,000 for you Kevin, which makes you our winner with $14,999! You'll be playing the bonus round in just a few minutes, but excuse me for a few moments here... *turns towards Nels* Nels, I'm sorry that you didn't win anything here today. You played a good game, just had some bad luck but we thank you for playing today. We'll send you some nice prizes along with our thanks. *walks to Mark* Ya know, $6,700 isn't too shabby, especially for just spinning the wheel and calling some letters. Thanks for being here Mark. *walks back to Kevin* Follow me Kevin as we take a trip to bonus land, so we can show off some nice prizes. As you can see we have two automobiles available, one being a Ford Ranger pickup and the other being a Jeep Wrangler. Vanna is coming over here with a box that contains a Rolex watch worth over $20,000. You may notice that that's only three prizes, well that's because we give you two chances to win the $25,000. *the $25,000 sign descends from the ceiling* Who knows what'll happen, we'll be back in a few minutes to see if Kevin can add to his total. Stay right there, folks. *fade to commercial*

*fade from commercial* Kevin's already got close to $15,000 in cash and prizes. Now he has a chance to win one of those prizes we discussed just a few moments ago. We have our holder here all loaded and ready to go... So, whenever you're ready Kevin, pick one of those letters.

*ding* I will take hold of that for now. We have the bonus puzzle to look at now. The category is PERSON... I would like to first remind you that person does not always mean a proper name, okay? Now, let's give you the RSTLNE... *bong* *bong* *bong* We need three more consonants and a vowel.

YES! *cheers and applause* *1989 Puzzle Solve Cue* I knew you could do it! Let's see what you won... *opens envelope* How about a little more cash, Kevin? Jim: One for the money, two for the show, and twenty-five thouuuuuuusand dollars to go! Congratulations! Kevin's one day total is... $39,999$39,999! And he'll be back tomorrow, we'll be back in just a few moments. *fade to commercial*
*fade from commercial* What a way to end our first episode. A $5,000 final spin and giving away one of the two cash prizes in the bonus round. Vanna: Mm-hmm, certainly different from when we were doing our daytime show. You got that right Vanna. I just hope we have the budget to keep doing this! *audience laughter* Jim, do you think we have enough? Jim: I believe so, Michael. Oh good! We'll see Kevin tomorrow and we hope to see you all tomorrow! So long! Vanna: Bye-bye! *1992 Closing Theme* *credits roll as Kevin, Vanna and myself stand at center stage talking* Jim: Wheel of Fortune was created by Merv Griffin, produced by Sony Pictures Television and distributed by CBS Television Distribution. (mods, this episode is ready for the archives)
